Natakarili ste se na BMW-a sto nije prilagodio brzinu uslovima u voznji, a sto Mazda nije prilagodila svoje poteze uslovima u voznji:
- sto je promjenila 3 trake odjednom
- sto uopste nije vidjela BMW-a zbog svog ugla kretanja
- ako ga je i vidjela, sto nije bolje procjenila brzinu BMW-a

Da se desio udes ovo bi bio skolski primjer kako te tudje greske naprave krivim.

I ja baš gledam, ne snima mobitelom nego nekim head cam-om, obje ruke na volanu, nema ložioničke muzike, nema sveranja po trakama radi boljeg utiska, lik 100% usredotočen na vožnju.

A German test driver nicknamed Turbo Rolf escaped jail on appeal today over the deaths of a mother and her young daughter after tailgating her on the motorway at up to 250 kilometres per hour.

The 35-year-old employee of DaimlerChrysler was found guilty in February of negligent homicide and sentenced to 18 months in prison for having driven his top-of-the-line Mercedes to within a few metres of the woman's car last July.

Intimidated by his aggressive driving, the 21-year-old mother swerved to the right, sending her compact car into a tailspin and crashing into a tree, killing her and her two-year-old daughter instantly.

The state court in the southern city of Karlsruhe upheld his conviction but reduced the punishment on appeal to a one-year suspended sentence.

Presiding judge Harald Kiwull said that the defendant's loss of his dream job at DaimlerChrysler and the public stigma of his conviction were punishment enough.

However, Kiwull set the bail at an unusually high 12,000 euro ($A20,700), which he said should remind him of his guilt.

He added that the defendant had done little to cooperate with the court, noting that without the precise and credible testimony of witnesses and exhaustive police work, the driver of the Mercedes might never have been found.

But Kiwull said that the prosecution had failed to prove that the accused was a "Road Rambo" who habitually violated traffic laws, noting there was no speed limit on the stretch of autobahn where the accident took place.

"If you don't like it, you've got to look at speed limits," said Kiwull in anticipation of public outrage about the relatively lenient judgment in the high-profile case.

The accused, identified according to German legal practice only as Rolf F, said he was "disappointed" despite the reduced sentence and would appeal the ruling. He would only be able to reclaim his job if he is acquitted by the higher court.

Nije se lijepio ali jeste bas naglo se priblizio jer je brzo vozio sto moze imati isti efekat odnosno da vozac Mazde usljed toga nekom reakcijom iz straha, napravi nesrecu.

Nije se lijepio ali jeste bas naglo se priblizio jer je brzo vozio sto moze imati isti efekat odnosno da vozac Mazde usljed toga nekom reakcijom iz straha, napravi nesrecu.

Ja u principu mislim da je podjeljena odgovornost u ovom slucaju, sto sam napisao u prvom postu.

Po onome kako je lik do tog trenutka vozio, ja sam više mišljenja da je njemu mazda naglo izletila nego da se on naglo približio Mazdi (kako se lagano mogao približiti u onoj situaciji????), ali ostavljam mogućnost da se tumači iz dvije perskektive, mada sam siguran da ovaj s Mazdom uopšte nije vidio nadolazeći auto da bi nekom reakcijom napravio nesreću.

Pa azijske nakaze se i proizvode za ovako ove sitne zenske visoke metar i po piskavog glasa koje ne znaju voziti niti uzivati u voznji, a nemaju ni ukusa. Ne bih sjeo u ovu Celeriju ni da mi se ova mala naguzi na zadnjem sjedistu. Zamisli pricas jaranu guzio u Celeriji... smijali bi mi se. Svako zna da bi se ova Celerija raspala i popucalo bi sve kad bi se balkanski hadzo navalio u njoj na ovo nejako azijsko grlo. Zato parkiras svabu pored, amblem sija, gotovo je sve... udobno, mocno, lijepo.

Meni bas obrnuto, naprijed odvratan, nazad ok. Sad kako su sva svjetla LED, to znaci da stopke mogu bit bilo kojeg oblika, te da farovi mogu biti puno manji.
