Uništavanje države se nastavlja – budući nema dogovora o transportnoj strategiji Bosna i Hercegovina ostaje bez stotina milijuna eura iz fondova Europske unije. Novac je EU još prošle godine odobrila za izgradnju transportne infrastrukture uz uvjet da BiH usvoji jedinstvenu strategiju prometa za period do 2030. godine.
Međutim, od usvajanja ovog iznimno bitnog dokumenta čijom se realizacijom BiH uključuje u europsku prometnu mrežu, nema ništa. Vlada Republike Srpske se usprotivila s objašnjenjem da je oblast prometa u isključivoj nadležnosti entiteta. S tim stavom prekjučer je upoznata i Komisija Parlamenta BiH za promet i komunikacije.
Na samitu o Zapadnom Balkanu održanom u Beču u kolovozu prošle godine, BiH je dobila apsolutnu podršku za pet velikih infrastrukturnih projekata u oblasti prometa – izgradnju autoputa 5c, dio željezničkog koridora od Sarajeva do Podlugova, deminiranje plovnog puta rijeke Save, proširenje kapaciteta Međunarodnog aerodroma Sarajevo i Luke Brčko, izgradnju putnog pravca koji bi povezao Tuzlu i Banjaluku sa Lašvom i Travnikom. Tada su predstavnici EU saopćili da financiranje tih projekata iz IPA fondova pod najpovoljnijim uvjetima nije problem, ali da BiH mora izraditi i usvojiti dokument pod nazivom „Transportna strategija do 2030. godine“.
Pa EU finansira autoput Doboj-Banja Luka,za par mjeseci se otvara se dionica Doboj-Prnjavor....Rijesit ce se i to ne brini,Srbi su djavoli kad su u pitanju pare,naci ce se neki modalitet.

Purpose of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessments
The EBRD is considering providing a loan of up to EUR 70 million for construction of the 37.8 kilometre long Prnjavor – Doboj motorway section, which is part of the total 76 kilometre motorway from Banja Luka to Doboj.
The objective of the Project is to construct part of the Banja Luka to Doboj road which is the key regional link in Republika Srpska that runs parallel to Corridor X in Croatia and connects to Croatia in the north through Gradiska and at the eastern section, at Doboj to Corridor Vc which is Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (‘BiH’) strategic north-south corridor.
The broad transitional theme is to encourage the participation of the private sector through support for development of the Public-Private-Partnership scheme.
