Problem je u tome sto prije nije bilo cost capa i barem si mogao parama pokusati ubrzati taj proces, sada nemas ni toga.
1 - Williams, 1994 (retrospect: 1993 - all poles but one, all wins but six, WDC and WCC; 1992 - all poles but one, all wins but six, WDC and WCC)

Possibly the most controversial regulation change that isn't talked about enough. Williams and their active ride cars, the FW14B and FW15C, were space age technology on four wheels. 4-time Drivers' Champion Alain Prost once noted that "all you had to do was steer", and the domination of Williams was so oppressive that Ayrton Senna reportedly offered his services to Sir Frank for free in 1993, but was denied an opportunity to race for them because Prost had a clause in his contract that forbade the team from signing the Brazilian with whom he had an acrimonious rivalry. The FIA took swift action two years into their reign of terror by banning all driver aids and active suspension for 1994 effective immediately, citing "safety reasons". While the cars were indeed becoming very fast, don't think taking away ABS and traction control makes any car safer. The result couldn't have been more devastating for Williams - the FW16, having been designed around active ride and driver aids, was a handful to drive, albeit decently fast when tamed and competitive enough to take Damon Hill to a nailbiter against rising star Michael Schumacher, but remains a perennial black sheep of the Williams family due to the death of Ayrton Senna during the San Marino Grand Prix - a race weekend that also claimed the life of Austrian Roland Ratzenberger and brought forward sweeping changes to avoid another fatality.
2 - Ferrari, 2003 (retrospect: 2002 - all poles but seven, all wins but two, WDC, Ferrari outscores all the other teams on the grid added; 2001 - all poles but six, over half the wins, WDC, WCC)

Probably the strongest of the dominating Ferraris of the early 2000s, the F2002 was absolutely matchless. It simply did everything better than anyone, and its pole records are slightly less impressive simply because of the rules at the time - you qualified on race fuel, so it was pretty common for a team to run the car on fumes to qualify well and then have to pit early to top up on fuel. Michael Schumacher was either first or second in every race in 2002 save for one - the Malaysian Grand Prix, in which he was third - and effortlessly captured his record-equalling fifth Driver's Championship. The FIA took immediate action. For a start, they overhauled the half a century old points system - now, points would be awarded from P1 to P8, as opposed to from P1 to P6, in order to avoid the utter humiliation Ferrari caused to the rest of the grid - and then revised the technical regulations to hinder Ferrari's 2003 challenger by altering diffuser dimensions in a way that would cause their gearbox design to become obstructive. The resulting F2003-GA, while competitive, was nowhere near as dominant, and Schumacher was engulfed in an exhilarating year-round battle for the title with McLaren's rising star Kimi Räikkönen for what would be his record-setting sixth Driver's title. In this season, Renault newcomer Fernando Alonso also took his first win.
3 - Ferrari, 2004 (retrospect: they won the previous five WCCs in a row and would have won all five WDCs as well if Schumacher didn't injure himself in 1999)

The F2004 was somehow even more insane than its predecessor from two years ago. It was so fast that during pre-season testing, the Ferrari engineers thought the timings were wrong, because there was no way the car was that much faster than the F2003-GA. It was. While it did have a catch, that being how much of a toll that absurd pace took on its bespoke Bridgestone tires, the Ferrari pitwall devised ingenious strategies centered around keeping the car as light and fast as possible, making up the extra pit stops on track. Michael won the French Grand Prix on a planned 4 stop strategy, essentially running qualifying lap after qualifying lap for the whole race, and took his seventh and final Driver's title with the ferocious F2004. This time, the FIA was done with Ferrari. A new round of dimension regulations intent on screwing with the car's mechanical parts wasn't enough - the decision was taken to ban tire changes altogether for 2005. Pit stops would be for fuel only. If this sounds stupid, it's because it was - the ruleset's inflexibility meant that Kimi Räikkönen was unable to replace a badly flat-spotted front left tire at the Nürburgring, and it blew on the final lap at Turn 1 - one of the hardest braking zones on the circuit -, sending the Iceman flying into the gravel, entirely out of control. Safety problems aside, the new regs did their job - Ferrari was mostly uncompetitive, their only win coming at the farcical US Grand Prix, where all but the six Bridgestone runners (Ferrari, Jordan, and Minardi) retired from the race on the formation lap in protest because Michelin's rubber could not handle the banking of Indianapolis. The rule was lifted for 2006.
4 - Red Bull, 2014 (retrospect: 2013 - 9 wins in a row to finish the season; 4 WDCs and WCCs in a row)

This one isn't as blatantly directed, but worth mentioning. Red Bull absolutely stomped the hybrid phase of the V8 era, winning all titles from 2010 to 2013 - yet, 2012 was an exceptionally competitive year. 2013, well, wasn't. After Pirelli's tires were more like grenades than rubber, an emergency switch of compounds saw Vettel win the last nine races of the season in a row - a record that still stands - to capture his fourth consecutive Driver's title. While the new hybrid regulations for 2014 caught pretty much everyone that wasn't Mercedes off guard, a particular element - the removal of the blown diffuser, once Red Bull's greatest weapon + dealt them a significant blow, and they were consistently the second or third force of the grid behind Ferrari and Mercedes up to 2021.

Sainza i Norrisa.
