i kod mene je hronično nizak pritisak.
i navikla sam živjeti sa tim -90/70,100/80,, problem mi je ako spadne samo malo niže, onda je prevencija dooobro slana supa.

tada mi se samo spava, i nisam u stanju da hodam, i imam blage vrtoglavice.

kafa mi u principu puno i ne pomaže.
a tečnosti ne unosim puno u organizam.
vjerovatno mi i jeste zbog toga nizak pritisak..
:?

ali zato uvijek mogu pojesti nešto slatko.

Ma jedi ti saltkiše, ali nemoj pretjerati. A tečnost moraš unositi u organizam....

Da li je iko od vas cuo za rijec: fizicko zamaranje?

Nema toga pritiska--manjeg ili viseg--koji "exercise" nece izlijeciti. Ne treba mnogo: sneakers na nogu pa dnevno 20-25 minuta vrlo brzog hoda (ono, kao neko te ganja ali ti bas neces da mu pobjegnes).

EXERCISE!
Nema veze kada je vani sparno i oblačno ni teretana ne pomaže. Čovjek tada nije nizašta.
