Tzv. NVO - Ko stoji iza i s kojim namjerama

Mislim da nije bilo diskusije o raznim tzv. NVO koji ima citava bujica po Sarajevu i po Bosni u globalu. Bilo bi zanimljivo vidjeti ko stoji iza tih tzv. NVO i s kojim namjerama.

Prema meni postoje dvije vrste :

- Tzv NVO finansirane direktno od politickih stranaka prisutnih u BIH
- Tzv NVO finansirane iz inostranstva

Bilo bi dobro navesti jednu po jednu i vidjeti ko im je sponzor, s kojim namjerama i ko radi u tim tzv. NVO i kakav je njihov kranji cilj.

Krenimo s jednim tzv. pokretom : Pokret Dosta

Radi se o tzv NVO iz prve kategorije, to jeste one koja spada kao isprdak politcke partije u BIH. Ili konkretno u ovom slucaju stranke SDP. Agitiraju protiv tadasnjih vladajucih struktura ; protesti, performansi, pisanje i mobiliziranje putem medija. Izvodili su ljude, obican svijet na ulicu, manipulirali njihovim osjecajima na najgori moguci nacin.

Voditelj i glavni instruktor ovog "pokreta" je Demir Mahmutćehajić preuzeo mjesto opcinskog SDP odbornka u Stocu. I sam pokret se "razlio" na taj nacin to jeste svi vodeci aktivsti su dobili "zasluzene" pozicije u administraciji i javnim ustanovama.

najznačajnije i najuticajnije NVO u našoj zemlji je osnovao Soroš..prema insajderskoj informaciji, najmanje 20 udruženja polažu račune njima..neki su davno prebačeni na budžete nekih drugih ambasada ili domaćih institucija, ali i dalje ih kontroliše Fond Otvoreno Društvo..

Pa su jedni Fahrini, drugi Suljini, ...

Gledajuci malo dalje, mozemo vidjeti da masni Darko Brkan koji je sveprisutan u korumpiranim medijima bio aktvista ove SDP-ve tzv. NVO.

Ta ista spodoba je danas osnovni aktivista jos jedne tzv. NVO pod nazivom Zasto ne.

Dakle prelio se kao mutna voda iz jednog mutnog projekta u drugi. Kako nije imao casne namjere u prvom tako nema ni u ovom drugom. Sistem rada je potpuno isti kao i u prethodnoj strukturi gdje je operirao. Sama organizacija je finansirana od americke organizacije sa sjedistem u Washington, DC a koja se zove NED (National Endowment for Democraty). Tzv NVO Zasto ne je dobila 149.000$ plus strucnu pomoc u prethodne dvije godine. 149.000 dolara (sto se zna) je solidna suma, a kao sto i znamo neki su svjedocili u korist Milana Lukica i za 1000 eura. Tako zamislite na sta su ovi sve spremni za 149.000$

NED je kreiran od CIA i sluzi za vrbovanje osoba/izdajnika u odrednim zemljama, kreiranje javnog mjenja, difamaciju i infiltiranje.

Pa, eto, znaš za jednu NVO da iza Pokreta DOSTA stoji SDP, finansira ga, i šta ti tu možeš učiniti protiv te NVO?


Bitno je znati ko je onaj sto zastupa odredene stavove. S kojim namjerama, po cijim instrukcijama i cijim finansijama.
Vidjeli smo u slucaju Dosta kako je na stotine vidjeti hiljade ljudi izmanipulirano. Ljudi su izlazi na ulice, sto je nije mala stvar i utrosili vrijeme energiju, novac i osobni ugled. Njihova dobra volja je iskoristena za izuzetno prljave rabote. To je nesto najgore sto se moglo uciniti. Iskoristili su narodni potencijal i entuzijazam za svoje primitivne i pogane ciljeve.

Sta mozemo uciniti? Pa prvo ispitati ko je i sta je i onemoguciti tim ljudima da se docepaju raznih javnih funkcija i opet izrabljuju taj isti narod. Kazniti one koji su sve to kreirali. Ovo se odnosi na politicke stranke koje se bave tim prljavim rabotama.

The Center will also produce a series of radio programs about these initiatives, and help to strengthen seven municipal and two cantonal networks facilitating communications between local governments and citizens.

To promote the accountability of elected officials ahead of the October 2012 local elections, as well as to encourage public support for NGO work. The Center will partner with local NGOs to identify key problems facing citizens in 21 municipalities, and spotlight the work of elected officials responsible for addressing them. Approximately 150 online articles and 120 reports on local government spending will be produced for the e-magazine Zurnal (http://www.zurnal.info).

Center for Informative Decontamination of Youth

To foster issue-based public debate among citizens, local community leaders and candidates in Republika Srpska on the most important social, political and economic topics affecting their communities. To promote transparency and accountability, with a particular focus on raising awareness about the actual cost and consequences of corruption in public institutions. During an important election year, CIN reporters will investigate specific cases of corruption in the sectors which most directly affect the lives of ordinary citizens, quantify their effects, and calculate the actual cost to taxpayers. The information uncovered will be used to produce at least six investigative articles for popular national newspapers, magazines, and websites.

Center for Policy and Governance

To continue promoting public debate on policies affecting Bosnia and Herzegovina's democratic transition and EU integration. Through an analysis and a review of public policymaking and implementation processes, the CPU will initiate an open debate about and solicit expert input on specific policies of major importance for the country's EU accession. The CPU will produce six policy papers and conduct a series of outreach activities to advocate for the implementation of its recommendations.

EUROPEUM Institute for European Policy

To strengthen the capacity of think tanks and experts in Bosnia and Herzegovina to advocate for the democratic reforms necessary for EU accession. In the third phase of this project, the Prague-based EUROPEUM will work with the Sarajevo-based European Research Center to identify solutions addressing two priority challenges confronting the newly-formed government by producing policy papers, and organizing five deliberative seminars and a conference.

Foundation for Creative Development

To promote issue-based voting and encourage youth participation in the October 2012 local elections. In partnership with three NGOs, the Foundation will conduct a countrywide, nonpartisan campaign to inform, educate, and mobilize young voters to participate in the electoral process. The campaign will include public events in 14 cities, including a GOTV caravan and concerts, promotion of online accountability tools, and a multimedia outreach program of more than 20 online articles, radio programs, television shows and video clips.

Foundation Humanity in Action Bosnia and Herzegovina

To encourage active citizenship among youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and enable young leaders to play a more significant role in promoting democratic values, human rights, and diversity among their peers. The program will provide training to 15 diverse young people, introduce them to democracy and human rights issues, encourage them to employ critical thinking on sensitive topics, and build their communication and research skills. The program includes an eight-day training, individual research projects, and a group project resulting in four small civic campaigns.

National Democratic Institute for International Affairs

To support political parties to strengthen their connections to citizens through public policy dialogue at the local level. NDI will assist twelve party branches, representing six parties, in drafting inclusive and responsive policy documents, engaging citizens on these policies through public meetings, developing corresponding campaign platforms, and supporting these policies within municipal councils. The parties will utilize NDI's municipal public opinion research and incorporate citizen input into their policies.

Post-Conflict Research Center

To advance the process of post-conflict transition and promote ethnic reconciliation. The PCRC will conduct a multimedia educational project raising awareness about true stories of moral courage and human compassion during the war. Five episodes of a documentary series, three of which will be produced using NED funding, will feature personal stories of ordinary people who exhibited incredible courage to help others. With funding from other donors, the PCRC will use the documentaries to encourage new approaches to promoting transitional justice and reconciliation.

Pravo ljudski

To continue fostering public debate on human rights issues among youth. Pravo ljudski will organize the sixth edition of its human rights film festival, a series of public events including film screenings, discussions, and photo exhibitions aimed at raising human rights awareness. It will also conduct a civic education program utilizing screenings of politically and socially themed documentaries for high school students in five cities. At the end of the project, Pravo ljudski will organize a conference bringing together 20 participants of its civic education program to discuss the methodology, exchange experiences, and develop plans for the next year.

To assist in advancing the country’s democratic transition by fostering public debate on and building citizen support for ideas for constitutional changes needed to improve functionality and governance. As a member of a coalition of 15 civil society organizations known as Coalition K-143, the Center will conduct an extensive online and offline advocacy campaign to promote a new governance model which emphasizes improved state functionality and government accountability.

To improve media reporting and increase the visibility of problems, rights and needs of Roma populations. Ahead of the October 2012 local elections, Why Not will also work with organizations in ten municipalities to monitor the work of local officials, analyze their performance, and develop local versions of the Istinomjer site.

Why Not?

To raise public awareness about the implications of the 2013 census for the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina's democratic transition, as well as to facilitate participation of a broader civil society in promoting equal rights of citizens. Why Not will conduct a comprehensive outreach campaign, including outdoor, online, media, and direct contact components. Why Not will produce three promotional videos and distribute over 100,000 flyers, 4,000 posters, 300 tee shirts and post 20 billboards throughout the country. By holding over 100 meetings and 30 public events, it will aim to build a broad coalition of NGOs, informal groups and individuals to promote equal rights and ensure a fair census taking process. An online monitoring tool will allow citizens to monitor the census process and report irregularities.

Youth Communication Center
$46,000
To assist young people in playing a more effective role in advocating for youth related issues. The Center will provide capacity building training to student councils in close to 300 high schools, continue to strengthen two entity and one state level council networks, and facilitate their mutual collaboration and cooperation with government authorities. The Center’s Radio Balkan will produce nine programs raising awareness about problems facing youth. In addition, the Center will encourage greater turnout and promote issue-based voting among first-time voters in the October 2012 local elections.

Youth Cultural Center Abrasevic

To conduct a nonpartisan multimedia program to encourage public debate on key issues and promote the accountability of public officials prior to the October 2012 local elections. The Mostar-based organization's multimedia portal AbrasMedia (http://www.abrasmedia.info) will provide a forum for open discussion by prominent civic and political leaders, critically analyze the performance of elected officials, promote civic and election-related activism, and present the work of NGOs and civic groups in Herzegovina.

Youth Initiative for Human Rights - Bosnia and Herzegovina

To promote new approaches to encouraging public debate and raising awareness about war crimes committed in the 1990s. A consortium of four organizations, led by the YIHR, will produce the interactive content for the new Siege of Sarajevo museum. Providing visitors with a virtual experience of life under siege, the exhibit will act as a powerful civic education tool about this tragic period in the recent history of the Balkans.

Youth Movement "Revolt"
$31,500
To promote the accountability of public officials in the country’s northeast ahead of the October 2012 local elections. Revolt will continue to monitor the work of the local and cantonal governments in Tuzla, and train young people in other cities spanning both entities to monitor their respective governments. The nonpartisan program will include 20 workshops, four debates with elected officials, and a mobilization campaign to encourage youth activism prior to the elections.

2011. godine NVO sektor je dobio preko 100 miliona maraka od drzave. Ko stoji iza toga pitate? :D

Sta mozemo uciniti? Pa prvo ispitati ko je i sta je i onemoguciti tim ljudima da se docepaju raznih javnih funkcija i opet izrabljuju taj isti narod. Kazniti one koji su sve to kreirali. Ovo se odnosi na politicke stranke koje se bave tim prljavim rabotama.

Razmisli i predlozi i sam

Predviđam žestoko kažnjavanje na idućim izborima partije SDP za koji sam i ja glasao na prošlim izborima. Jednom me prevarili i NIKADA VIŠE NI JEDNOG GLASA ZA NJIHA.

Ovaj pokret Dosta je za mene bio pozitivan, šteta što se niko drugi nije pojavio (Iz SDP opozicije) da animira narod na pobunu, protivljenje,....

I vjerske organizacije su NVO - nevladine organizacije (iako se čini da neke ipak jesu vladine), i kao takve učestvovale su, doduše posredno, u organizaciji ratnih sukoba u nas, kako ovih skorašnjih, tako i onih prije 70-tak godina, a i danas koriste neuko stanovništvo, najčešće "džematlije" u ostvarenju svojih interesa i ciljeva, ne tako rijetko koristeći i huškačku i sličnu taktiku i način.

Ko stoji iza ovih vjerskih NVO u BiH, ko ih najviše finansira, pri čemu ne mislim na članarine?

Kome podnose "račune" i pravdaju novac i neostvarene ciljeve...i koliko novca?

Navedi podatke ako imas. Pozeljno je. Ti spadaju u prvu kategoriju. Finansiranje sopstvenih fondova i partijskih kolega(obicno mladih koji jos nisu uvaljeni na neku poziciju)

Udruženje Mladi muslimani je nevladina organizacija koja predstavlja kontinuitet djelovanja Organizacije Mladi Muslimani osnovane 1939. godine.
Današnje udruženje "Mladi muslimani" je ponovo osnovano 1991. godine od strane preživjelih pripadnika ove organizacije sa ciljem da nove generacije nastave djelovanje na ostvarenju njihovih programskih zadataka.

Informacije o tome ko ih finansira nepoznate.

Stručnjaci za antiterorizam ističu da je vehabistički pokret u BiH stigao iz Saudijske Arabije odakle se i danas finansira.

Navode da saudijski kapital, preko dvije velike banke, igra veliku ulogu u ekonomskom sistemu FBiH. Ističu da većinski paket akcija u tim bankama imaju Saudijac Jasin al Kabi i Tunišanin Šefik Ajadi, sa kapitalom u Saudijskoj Arabiji, te da su njih dvojica povezani sa švercom oružja i finansiranjem vehabijskog pokreta.

- Islamska razvojna banka "Al Baraka banking grup" i drugi saudijski investitori oformili su Udruženu investicionu grupu za BiH i obavezali se da će do sljedećeg Sarajevo biznis foruma u BiH investirati oko 50 miliona dolara - rekao je Bećirović.

Dodao je da je u prošloj godini iz Saudijskog fonda za razvoj stiglo 15 miliona.

Ja inače mislim da je civilni sektor u BiH, najoportunističkiji, i jedan od najkorumpiranijih dijelova društva, ali ovo ovdje što je dosada napisano je uglavnom bezveze.

Pokazuje elementarno nepoznavanje uloge civilnog društva, njegove strukture, načina rada, njegovog finansiranja, a posebno nepoznavanje onoga što nazivamo bh civilno društvo.

Malo je tu špijuna, uglavnom su tu karijeristi, oportunisti, oni koji su neke stvari skontali (nažalost, moglo im se).....i naravno ima i časnih izuzetaka istinskih entuzijasta.

NVO Vehabije su bile opkoljene sa jedno 600 bornih kola i hiljadu specijalaca.
Kaće tako isto biti istretirane snage, NVO=RČP?

O čemu :D . Bez šale, ti postaviš onako generalnu tezu i sad bih ja tu trebao pojašnjavati.

Al da ne bude da se pravim pametan, samo ovo, civilni sektor u BiH je toliko slab, bez uticaja na opća zbivanja, i toliko daleko od njegove prave uloge, da naprosto nema nikakve logike da netko ulaže u njega kao nekog eventualno špijuna ili šta već. Naravno, postoji uvijek ono što se zove promocija vrijednosti društva koje ulaže u tebe , pa je sasvim jasno da ako USAID daje pare da istovremeno promovira i vrijednosti američkog društva ili SIDA (Swedish international development Agency) itd.....ali govoriti u kontekstu NVO-a kao nečijih igrača je deplasirano. Uglavnom se tu radi kao što već rekoh o oportunizmu, umotanoj korupciji.

I na kraju, zbog čega trošiti pare na nekakve beznačajne NVO, ako možeš imati ( i imaš) svoje igrače u istinskim centrima moći.

Samo sam naveo dva "pravca" to jeste one NVO koje su kreirane iz neke od politickih stranaka i sluze za promoviranje njihovih interesa. Naveo sam konkretan primjer a to je projekat/pokret Dosta koji je manipulirao masama, pravio strajkove i prozivao opononetne politicke figure.

Po principu jedna stranka dobije izbore a ona koja je izgubila kreira neke NVO koja ce praviti strajkove, blokade, okupirati medijski prostor i uticati na javno mjenje. To su poznate metode


To je bio prvi pravac a drugi je ovaj vezan za one koji su financirani izvana. Ne slazem se s tobom da se radi o malim i bezvrijednim iznosim i nebitnim uticajima. Iznad ima listu "donacija" NED-a u 2012. Nisam tacno izracunao ali to nije daleko od milion dolara. Nije to mala suma a i to je ono sto je javno. Navest cu jos jednom da je onaj visegradanin svjedocio u korist Milana Lukica za 1.000€. Sad zamisli na sto su spremni za neke znacajnije sume ili pozicije.

Ovaj, k'o oplodna krmaca utovljeni Darko Brkan vec 10-tak godina pliva u tim mutnim vodama. Moras biti prilicno naivan ili zlonamjeran pa tvrditi da ne postoje lose namjere onogo sto on predstavlja. Ovaj projekat se pojavljuje tik pred popis stanovnistva u BIH. Dobivaju 150.000$, strucnu obuku, savjete i instrukcije po kojima ce operirati. Pored toga, kao sto mozes vidjeti i na gornjem kratkom video snimku, imamo direktno ucesce na terenu i stranih drzavljana. Uloziti 150.000$( to samo putem ovog masnog) za formiranje misljenja u vezi popisa i nije puka slucajnost.


Pored recenog. Ovdje govorimo o onim NVO koje zele i imaju uticaj na javno politickodrstveno mjenje.Ne govorimo o udruzenjima koja se bave spasavanjem ljubicica. Shvatas poentu. Sasvim je jasno da u tim udruzenjima imamo osoba koje su obicni oportunisti i nemaju nikakvo "dubinsko razmisljanje". Profesionalno receno, radi se o tzv. korisnim idiotima. Oni su upregnuti k'o brdski konji.

Izadimo ukratko i izvan bosanskih okvira. Srbijanski pokret Otpor je postao svjetski poznat kada je ovome domenu rijec. Mozes naci i vise informacija na youtube. Vecina "otporasa" su zavrsili kao instuktori raznih drugih "rozih, narancastih" i inih revolucija financiranih direktno od strane SAD. Opce poznata stvar.

NVO nisu beznacajne. Daleko od toga.
