TLS handshake problem

Evo par dana ova prokletinja mi stvara probleme, znaci ucitavanje random stranica izbacuje Tls handshake, nakon cega izbaci gresku da stranicu nije moguce ucitati

Evo ni sliku ne mogu upload kako treba. Firefox je, up to date, sistem je Windows 8.1 licenciran, apdejtovan, primjecujem da sada cesto u firefox ne mogu ni novi tab otvoriti jer se aktivira neko avira skeniranje ili sta vec, odnosno redirectuje me na avira stranicu neku koja se takodjer ne otvara . Ne mogu da vjerujem da je ovo neki virus, ali cu za svaki slucaj skenirati malwarebytesom

"The problem is FIXED.Nothing to do with AV or Firefox, although interesting nonetheless to see that Chrome could resolve some URLs that Firefox could not.The problem was related to my Internet settings using the IPV6 protocol. Once I unticked that option to only use IPV4, the problem went away. It was always on all this while though, on my computer, so something changed in the past few days."
