BEEF QUESADILLA
Made using ground beef (mince), I love how the spice really gets right in there all throughout the beef. A bit of tomato paste binds it all together and makes it nice and juicy. Use this recipe for any ground meat, including beef, pork, veal, chicken or turkey.
CHICKEN QUESADILLA
Seared seasoned chicken thigh fillets (or breast) then diced and mixed through with sautéed onion and capsicum/bell peppers. Use this recipe for any protein in steak form, including beef, pork, veal, chicken or turkey.
VEGETARIAN QUESADILLA
A mix of onion, capsicum/bell peppers, black beans and corn, made juicy with tomato paste and the Spice Mix. Use this Filling recipe for any vegetables you want!
Place the quesadilla in a dry skillet over low to medium low heat. Why no oil? Partly because this way, you don’t have to handle greasy tortillas with your hands. But more importantly, oil is a heat conductor which browns the tortillas faster than the filling heats through and the cheese melts. Tortillas are thin – and they cook fast!
Cover with a lid – this heats the filling through and melts the cheese faster, before the tortilla gets too brown. If you don’t have a lid for your skillet, use anything that will cover it – a larger skillet, baking tray, anything. Cook until underside is golden and crispy, then remove the lid.
Flip over the folded edge -this ensures you don’t lose any filling! Use your hand on the uncooked side to hold it together.
Cook uncovered until crispy and cheese is molten – about 2 to 3 minutes.
Cut in half and serve!

PRSULJA
KRAJiŠKA PRŠULJA PO SMILU LELlĆU IZ BIHACA
Pripremite: 30 dkg janjetine, 15 dkg teletine, 10 dkg telećih bubrega,
10 dkg teleće žlijezde, 15dkg telećih bijelih bubrega,
20 dkg govedine ili junetine,
10dkg zelene paprike,
10 dkg luka, 5 dkg saransaka, 10 dkg kavade, 5 dkg krompira,
1-2 ljuta feferona, so, papir, mljevenu crvenu papriku, ulje,
teleći peškir (maramicu).
U zemljanu vatrostalnu posudu slažite naizmjence nerezano meso i povrće. Svaki sloj solite, paprite i poprašite crvenom paprikom, zalijte mlakom vodom i uljem, pokrijte telećom maramicom. Kuhajte pola sata i onda zapecite u pećnici četvrt sata.

Hurrikan rolat recept
5jaja
60ml ulja
60ml mlijeka
Malo soli
20gr secera u prahu
100gr brasna
10gr maizene, skroba
1-2 kasike kakaa + 1 kasika vrele vode
Kakao I vodu izmjesati da nema grudvica
Jaja razdvojiti, bjelanca umutiti sa secerom fobro
Zumanca umutiti i dodati ulje, miljeko, so, brasno, maizenu (Gustin) i sve sjediniti bez miksera... Na kraju dodati bjelanca... Ca 1 trecinu svijetle mase izdvojiti i dodati joj smjesu od kakaa.
Prvo u pleh izliti svijetlu masu, a tamnu ja stavim u spric-kesu da mi je lakse rasporediti tamni dio odozgo. Onda uzmes kasiku i drskom " vozis" prvo uzduzno pa onda poprijeko da bude giter, mreza al vuci drsku nemoj je vaditi I onda ide pecenje 20 min na 140, 10 min na 160 I na kraju 10 min na 180 stepeni zvuci komplikovano al vrijedi vjeruj..... Kad se ispece okrenes na papir cist za pecenje onaj na kome se peko rolat skines I lagano ga zarolas, ostavi da se malo ohladi... Filovati mozes come hoces I sta volis ja sebi napravim dzem od dunja I visanja njih najvise volim I prvo dzemom tanko namazem a kremu Ono sto volis sa Mascarpone ili grcki gusti Jogurt ili pudding sta hoces namazi, srolaj I nek stane malo mozes ukrasiti cokoladom orasima raznim kako hoces.... Kad presijeces onda imas ovo sarenilo
