Zurich, 4 November, 2005 - FIFA has ordered the Football Association of Serbia and Montenegro to play its next official international home match without spectators and has given this association a CHF 35,000 fine, while the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been fined CHF 40,000 as a result of crowd disturbances during the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ qualifying match between those two teams in Belgrade on 12 October 2005.
Meanwhile, the Croatian Football Federation has been fined CHF 40,000 as a result of disorder by Croatian fans during the 2006 FIFA World Cup™ qualifying match between Hungary and Croatia in Budapest, also on 12 October 2005.
These decisions were taken by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee at a meeting in Zurich on 31 October. According to the committee's report, all three associations have been warned that any further crowd disturbances by their supporters will lead to more severe sanctions.
These decisions may be contested before the FIFA Appeal Committee.

ZNACI NASA KAZNA JE CHF 40000
Zbog incidenata navijača tokom utakmice "A" reprezentacija BiH i SCG 9. oktobra 2004. godine u Sarajevu Nogometni/Fudbalski savez Bosne i Hercegovine kažnjen je od Disciplinske komisije FIFA-e sa 75.000 CHF, a pored toga, bio je dužan uplatiti i taksu od 3.000 CHF.
U predviđenom roku Savez se žalio FIFA-i, ali je Odluka potvrđena, nakon čega je uslijedila žalba Arbitražnom sudu - CAS, pri Međunarodnom Olimpijskom Komitetu, koji je vratio predmet ponovo FlFA-i.
Glavna rasprava FIFA-inog Apelacionog Komiteta obavljena je 06. 04. 2006.godine u Cirihu.
Tom prilikom Generalni sekretar NS/FS BiH Munib Ušanović podnio je opsežne argumente i konkretne dokaze, nakon čega je Apelacioni Komitet donio Odluku o smanjenju kazne na 40.000 CHF koju je danas dostavio Savezu.
Ovaj iznos će biti umanjen i za uplaćenu taksu od 3.000 CHF. To znači daje žalba usvojena u cjelosti s obzirom da je i traženo umanjenje kazne za 50 posto.
