FIFA has ordered the Football Association of Serbia and Montenegro to play its next official international home match without spectators and fined the association €23,000 following crowd disturbances during the 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Bosnia-Herzegovina in Belgrade on 12 October.
Bosnia-Herzegovina fined
World football's governing body has also fined the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation €26,000 as a result of the trouble during the game, which Serbia and Montenegro won 1-0 to qualify for next year's final round in Germany.
Croatia punished
Meanwhile, the Croatian Football Federation has been fined €26,000 by FIFA as a result of disorder by Croatian fans during the World Cup qualifier between Hungary and Croatia in Budapest, also on 12 October.
FIFA warning
FIFA's disciplinary committee has warned all three associations that any further crowd disturbances by their supporters will lead to more severe sanctions.

next official international home match without spectators
