Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you in the name of a french organization, Guernica A.D.P.E, which is working on ex-Yugoslavia.
We are now working on an issue concerning the massacre that took place in july 1995 in Srebrenica. Indeed, we support a request that has been sent by a french lawyer (Agnes Casero) to the UN in order to obtain compensation for the survivors of this slaughter. This request was refused by the UN, in september 2004. Thus the request is to be presented to the Administrativ Court of Paris in order to obtain this compensation. To back up this action, Guernica is launching a petition, that I send to you in attached file ; it can also be signed up on line :
