A Sydney psychologist facing criminal charges that he falsely claimed to be a doctor was the security chief for a breakaway Serb state headed by the alleged war criminal Radovan Karadzic, one of the most wanted men in the world, according to evidence given at a war crimes tribunal.
The former security chief for one of the world's most wanted war crimes suspects, Radovan Karadzic, is facing charges in Sydney that he has falsely claimed to be a doctor.
