ALIEN RELATIVE PETITION
The American Embassy in Sarajevo is no longer able to accept immigrant petitions for immediate relatives (I-130 petition). These petitions must be filed with the Department of Homeland Security's Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The I-130 petition and more information about filing it can be found at USCIS site.
Approved immigrant petitions filed for beneficiaries resident in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be forwarded from USCIS to the American Embassy in Zagreb.
