"Entries will be solicited from six regions: (1) North America, (2) Europe and the Middle East, (3) China, (4) Japan and Korea, (5) India, and (6) Southeast Asia and ROW (rest of the world). Each region will have a first, second, and third place winner.
First prize is $10,000. Second place garners a $2500 prize and Third place is worth $1000. The regional winners' professors will also receive a similar award."
