#1 Spring Break in Bosnia (2006)

Two journalists embark on a vacation to Bosnia, some five years after the end of the war in the region. During the trip, they accidentally capture the world's most-wanted war criminal, only to discover why the Feds don't often want to pursue the bad guys after all.
