#1 Upgrade to MCSE 2003.

I read on the requirements for microsoft that only one or two upgrade exams were required to get 2003 if already cert in 2000. Then it said somewhere on the page it gives one core credit towards 2003, so i m confused. To upgrade to 2003 mcse, do i only have to take the upgrade exams?
