Is there anyone that can explain reasonably the reasons of

Why Critical Positions in BH State are employed by Serbs by RS serbs ?

Why Bosinaks are always being governed not Governors since they are the largest ethic group in Country ?

Serbs started the aggression on Bosnia. To quickly occupy Sarajevo, they had to take a critical positions. When you have control over capital city, smaller cities will fall much faster.

The Siege of Sarajevo was the longest siege of a capital city in the history of modern warfare. Serb forces besieged Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, from April 5, 1992 to February 29, 1996 during the Bosnian Genocide. It is estimated that Serb forces killed nearly 10,000 people — mostly Bosniaks.

Why still Serbs are so powerful in BH State institutions in State Level ? Ministers, Directors are all serbs in critical job positions in state level ?
What make them special ? Why they are absolute majority ?

They have right to represent bh. citizens who are Serbs. There is no problem to share authority, but sharing teritory by ethnic principle is great problem which might provoke new war.

how come SNDS ministers will represnt the interest of peoples of bosnia since they are from Serbian Party ?

Thats a lie Serbs live in the forest and they dont go to work. Region where Serbs live because of that is called Republika Sumska.

OK my "sophisticated" friend, I will give you a serious answer. First of all, when you register and post on this forum, you kindly agree that your communication will be in BHS language (Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian) unless you are a native English speaker, which you are not, due to your terrible grammar. Thus the jokes you see here. Don't assume that people who post here are not smart enough to speak other languages, like English, but they just like to write to each other in their native language.
