RT: Uskoro otvaranje novog humanitarnog prelaza u Istočnoj Guti.
نقلاً عن RT Arabic
حميميم: دمشق تجري مفاوضات مع المعارضة المسلحة لفتح ممر إنساني إضافي في الغوطة الشرقية.
#neoIRT

Quick scan of public local media reports from the past three months shows that most of the attacks targeted high profile members. Eliminating HTS’s foreign Sharia scholars and leaders – mostly Saudis, Jordanians and Tunisians – comes at the top of the priority list, indicating that the assassinations are meant to weaken its leadership. Among the most prominent targets are Abu Talha al-Ordini, Abu Abdulrahman al-Mohajer, Abu Sulaiman al-Maghribi, Abu Yahya al-Tunisi, Suraqa al-Maki and Abu Mohammad al-Sharii. Local military leaders come as a second priority, namely Abu Elias al-Baniasi, Mustafa al-Zahri, Saied Nasrallah and Hassan Bakour. The assassination operations against HTS have significantly increased since last September, which coincided with preparations for the Turkish-led intervention in Idlib. Much of the speculation about a potential Turkish intervention in Idlib had portrayed it as an anti-HTS operation, leading to the assumption that Turkey is behind the attacks. The advocates of this theory argue that Turkey’s plan is to slowly weaken HTS rather than out-fight it in a military confrontation that would be costly and may even harden its base.
Alternatively, the pragmatic model adopted by HTS’s leader Abu Mohammed al-Julani – which led to divisions within the group – is used as evidence that the attacks are an inside job. There are unconfirmed reports about the involvement of foreign actors and governments in the assassinations through local proxies. With ISIS rapidly declining, international attention has turned more heavily toward the threat posed by HTS in Idlib. But instead of conventional military operations similar to the anti-ISIS campaign, a different approach is perhaps being used to eliminate HTS’s persons of interest without disturbing the conflict’s delicate dynamics.

Sirija 24.11.2017.
Pregled dogadjaja.
Aleppo:
Syrian Arab Army reportedly captured Al-Rashadiyah from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, southwest of Khanaser. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s Ibaa News Agency claimed recapture of Hijara, north of Al-Rashadiyah, after it was supposedly captured by the SAA today.
Raqqa:
Islamic State’s improvised explosive devices killed two civilians in the city of Raqqa. The incidents occurred in Al-Rumaila and Nazlah Shehadeh neighborhoods.
Idlib:
Improvised explosive device planted by unknown individuals exploded as the group of civilians was passing by, near the town of Atma. The explosion injured three children and a woman, who were transferred to a hospital in the vicinity.
Russian Air Force carried out four raids on the headquarters of the Free Syrian Army’s Jaysh al-Izza in Khan Shaykhun. The air raids caused material damage and reportedly injured a civilian.
Vehicle-borne improvised explosive device targeted Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s elements in the “Blue Lab” area near the Bab al-Hawa border crossing with Turkey. The bike’s explosion killed one and wounded another Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s fighter.
Hama:
Hayat Tahrir al-Sham backed by the Turkistan Islamic Party, repelled Syrian Arab Army’s attack on Al-Mustahira village, in the northeastern Hama. HTS and TIP destroyed two SAA‘s tanks in the failed attack.
Islamic State captured Jannat al-Sawarna village from the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.
Ahrar al-Sham’s snipers reportedly killed three Syrian Arab Army’s soldiers on the outskirts of Harbinafsah. SAA reportedly tried to infiltrate AAS’ checkpoint north of Harbinafsha, which led to clashes between the two.
Deir al-Zour:
Syrian Arab Army captured Al-Quaraya from the Islamic State, southeast of Al-Mayadeen. Islamic State’s Amaq Agency reported destruction of SAA‘s tank with an anti-tank guided missile in the village of Subaykhan.
Islamic State’s improvised explosive device killed a civilian in the Syrian Democratic Forces-held Al-Shuhail village, east of Deir al-Zour. The incident occurred in Al-Salah school, after SDF reportedly only allowed the relatives of its fighters to enter the village at their own risk. Another Islamic State’s improvised explosive device reportedly killed a member of the Syrian Democratic Forces’ Deir al-Zour Military Council and wounded a commander in the group. The explosion occurred when the SDF‘s commander, Abu al-Jawad al-Shuaiti tried to interact with the improvised explosive device, in the village of Jaea.
Damascus:
Syrian Arab Army targeted Faylaq al-Rahman’s tunnel in the Jobar neighborhood, resulting in its collapse and injury of 20 FAR‘s fighters. The injured fighters were transferred to a medical point in the nearby Ain Terma.
Syrian Arab Air Force conducted more than 50 air raids over several rebel-held localities in the East Ghouta. The air raids targeted Douma, Hammouriyah, Hazeh, Kafr Batna, Ain Terma, Arbeen, Harasta, and Zamalka. Casualties from these raids were reported at six killed civilians and a dozen wounded. Syrian Arab Army launched 11 surface-to-surface missiles on Jisreen, reportedly killing one person.
Rebel forces shelled several areas of the city of Damascus and its surroundings, killing one civilian and wounding another one. Three mortar shells over Al-Duwaiyelah wounded a civilian, who died of his injuries. The shelling of Jaramana with four mortar shells wounded a civilian. The rebel shelling also targeted Al-Adawi, Al-Urwar, Al-Qassa, Dahiyat al-Assad, and Bab Touma neighborhoods, Al-Sitt garage, and the vicinity of Al-Baitra roundabout.
The local council of Zamalka issued a statement accusing the Syrian Arab Army for the yesterday’s food poisoning which killed three and affected 24 civilians in the locality. According to the local council, due to the siege of the East Ghouta, basic materials are scarce and expensive, forcing civilians to buy items unfit for human consumption, such as the salt, which caused yesterday’s food poisoning. Zamalka’s council called for the United Nations and the Security Council to intervene and lift the siege of the East Ghouta.
Syrian Arab Army reopened checkpoint in Babila-Sayidi Miqdad area, allowing the food to enter the locality. The checkpoint was closed for around 10 days, and was reopened after the talks with the reconciliation committees in Babila.
Syrian Arab Army captured the southern part of Beit Teemah after capturing the nearby hills Halef Shor and Teen from the rebel Jabal al-Sheikh operations room. Rebel “Daraa Martyrs Documentation Office” reported death of a Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s fighter from Daraa, due to clashes with the Syrian Arab Army at the outskirts of Beit Jinn.
Syrian Arab Army honored the former commander of the Free Syrian Army’s Al-Liwa al-Awal in Barzeh, Muawiya al-Beqai (Abu Bahr). Abu Barh was one of the FSA fighters to accept the reconciliation in Barzeh and join the SAA‘s Qalamoun Shield forces. Abu Bahr received a “shield of honor” award and 800,000 Syrian pounds (1550 dollars) for his participation in the battles against the Islamic State in the eastern Hama.
