Zna se koliko se moze pritvor produzavati, medjutim ako Tuzilastvo kaze da ima ne znam koliko sad dokaza protiv istih da ne lupam sad i da su komplet spisi dostavljeni sudu, onda je degutantno na osnovu cega postupajuci sudija odlucuje u expresnom roku da nema razloga za produzivanje pritvora jer fizicki nije bila u stanju samo procitati sve to, pa razmotriti pa na kraju i odluciti o produzivanju pritvora...ali eto to je njeno diskreciono pravo, i svako preispitivanje njene odluke od strane javnosti ili nekih institucija bi bila smatrana kao udar na nezavinost pravosudja...ja to sve vidim ko domino efekat, policija podnese iszvjestaje o odredjenim krivicnim djelima Tuzilastvu, Tuzilastvo obavjestava Sud i pokrece taj krivicni proces kdo Suda ( tj izdaje naloge za hapsenja saslusanja itd itd ), dostavlja sve spise Sudu, Sud zadrzava diskreciono pravo da sve to vrati nazad i kaze nesto tipa "...znate niste opravdali razloge za daljnje zadrzavanje uhapsenih jer ste u svojoj prijavi nakon zaglavlja udarili samo jednom enter a trebali ste dva puta sto smatramo kao proceduralnu gresku, te se vodeci premisom da bolje 100 krivih na slobodni nego jedan nevin u zatvoru odbacujemo ovaj predmet, vise srece drugi put... i onda da Tuzilastvo sa sebe skine odgovornost, vrati sve te spise policiji i kaze niste jbg stavili zarez iza prezimena, pa sve to svuce na onu najmanju instancu do nekog isnpektora kojem je poslje bolje da se nikad nije ni rodio....malo ja ovo sve karikiram ali ebes mi sve ako nije ovako pa cak i gore...
Ovo je primjer da mi stvarno ne mozemo sami nista, treba dovesti 100 sudija iz Svedske, Holandije, Irske, iz 3 pm, i izvoli talk to the hand...

U milju maraka da Delimustafic nece ni vidjeti sudjenja. Samo ce jednog dana osvanuti naslov u novinama kako se nije javio na sudjenje i kako niko ne zna gdje je. Sve vec vidjeno toliko puta.
