dehumanizacije i tome slicno
jedina razlika danas sto je većina ljudi shvatila s čime ima posla
problem je i dalje isti jer izrael u dzepu drži obje stranke u sad
i većine stranaka u parlamentarnim demokracijama
al i to će se jednom promijeniti

Together with 12 other Israeli human rights organizations, we sent a joint letter to EU HR/VP Kaja Kallas and the 27 EU Foreign Ministers ahead of their meeting in the Foreign Affairs Council.
Here is our message:
Jerusalem, 14 July 2025
Subject: Joint Letter by Israeli Human Rights Organizations to EU High
Representative/Vice President and 27 EU Foreign Ministers on Israel’s Breach of
Human Rights Commitments under the EU-Israel Association Agreement
Dear High Representative, Dear Foreign Ministers,
We, human rights organizations based in Israel, striving to promote and protect the rights of all people in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territory, write to you ahead of the forthcoming Foreign Affairs Council meeting, during which the EU's internal review of Israel’s compliance with the human rights and democratic principles underpinning the EU-Israel Association Agreement is expected to be discussed.
The review's conclusion, which identifies "indications of a breach" of Israel’s human rights obligations, corroborates a reality we have long documented on the ground—one that predates the current war in Gaza but has since escalated significantly in both gravity and scale. It is therefore with deep concern that we note that the current discussions have focused almost exclusively on humanitarian access. While the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza is unquestionably imperative and demands immediate action, confining the discourse to this issue alone risks obscuring the broader pattern of systematic
and sustained violations of international human rights and humanitarian law across the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
Since the beginning of the war, thousands of civilians in Gaza—including men, women, and children—have been killed in widespread and indiscriminate attacks targeting residential areas, medical facilities, and displacement camps. The Israeli military has systematically razed entire neighbourhoods and depopulated vast swaths of territory, rendering nearly 80% of Gaza either off-limits or subject to evacuation orders. In these areas, rules of engagement have deteriorated into a state of lawlessness, with civilians crossing ill-defined boundaries facing the risk of being shot without warning or accountability. Verified testimonies from
soldiers reveal the routine use of civilians as human shields by the Israeli Military during its military operations. Meanwhile, medical evacuations to hospitals in East Jerusalem and the West Bank are consistently obstructed, despite these facilities being fully capable of providing necessary care. In this context, several senior Israeli government officials have openly and repeatedly endorsed the “voluntary migration” of Gaza’s civilian population and the re-population of the territory with Jewish Israelis.
In the West Bank, the Israeli government has also accelerated its efforts to entrench sovereignty through sweeping legal and administrative reforms. Authority over most aspects of civilian life in occupied Area C, previously held by the military commander, has been transferred to Israeli ministers in a move effectively amounting to the annexation of approximately 60% of the West Bank. The process for establishing and expanding settlements has been streamlined, leading to a record-breaking approval of 22 new settlements in May 2025 alone. Meanwhile illegal outposts are being retroactively approved and made eligible for infrastructure funding. The policy of granting near impunity as well as tacit – and at times explicit – government support to settler violence, has led to an unprecedented surge in attacks. Reportedly, in the first half of 2025 alone, 414 incidents of nationalist crimes committed by Jews were documented – some with fatal results – resulting in the forced displacement of dozens of Palestinian communities with the declared aim of making the prospect of a viable Palestinian state on the ground increasingly unattainable. In East Jerusalem, similar acts of dispossession and displacement have continued unabated.
Israel holds over 10,000 Palestinians in prisons and military detention camps, over half of them with no charges or trial, including over 100 children in administrative detention. Inhumane conditions - including starvation, denial of medical care, and systematic torture and abuse - have already claimed the lives of dozens of detainees. Yet, Israeli authorities and judicial institutions have failed to implement effective oversight or accountability mechanisms.
Human rights organizations like ours that oppose these developments are facing increasing restrictions. For instance, the Israeli government is backing a new bill to obstruct our funding, despite most of our support coming from Israel’s democratic allies, including the European Union and its Member States.
If the EU limits its response solely to facilitating humanitarian corridors, it risks
sending a dangerous message: that all the other severe and sustained violations of international law will be tolerated. We therefore urge you to ensure that the EU’s response addresses the full spectrum of human rights violations and prioritizes accountability as part of its follow-up to the review. Upholding the EU’s values and credibility requires a clear, principled stance. Anything less will erode the integrity of the EU’s human rights commitments and its legal framework.
Yours sincerely,

Cijela istražna komisija UN-a protiv Izraela podnijela je ostavku zbog straha od američkih sankcija.

E sad….

Dali barem ponove jednom u glavi pre nego lupe ovakvu glupost
Bake sales for Gaza could stoke Jew hatred, EU warns
Fundraisers for Gaza make ‘Jews feel uncomfortable’, says Europe’s anti-Semitism tsar

Katharina von Schnurbein made the claim while the EU mulled possible trade sanctions against Israel for human rights abuses during the war.
According to a leaked diplomatic cable, she told gathered EU envoys in Tel Aviv there were new forms of anti-Semitism, “which she described as ambient anti-Semitism”.
This was “creating an atmosphere in which Jews feel uncomfortable, even in [the] European institutions”, the German baroness said.
The 52-year-old bureaucrat noted “for instance the ‘bake sales for Gaza’”, held in May in Brussels by European Commission staff, which raised money for the Red Cross Crescent in Gaza.
