New details of the 14-article draft memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States

The details of this draft are as follows:

1- Permanent and immediate cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon

2- U.S. commitment to non-interference in Iran's internal affairs and respect for the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

3- Full lifting of the naval blockade within 30 days

4- U.S. commitment to withdraw its forces from around Iran

5- Reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under Iranian arrangements

6- Suspension of sanctions on the sale of oil, petrochemical products, and derivatives, and Iran's full access to its financial resources.

7- The necessity for the U.S. and its allies to provide reconstruction plans for Iran worth at least $300 billion

8- 60 days of negotiations to reach a final agreement based on nuclear issues and the full cancellation of primary and secondary U.S. sanctions, UN Security Council resolutions, and the IAEA Board of Governors' resolutions

9- Reiteration of Iran's commitment in the NPT treaty regarding the non-production of nuclear weapons

10- During the negotiation period, the U.S. commits not to increase its forces in the region and will not impose any new sanctions.

11- Release of $24 billion of Iran's frozen funds during the 60-day period of final negotiations. Half of this amount must be available to Iran before the start of negotiations.

12- Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to implement the agreement.

13- The final agreement is to be approved by a UN Security Council resolution.

14- Final negotiations will not begin before the release of half of Iran's frozen funds, the suspension of Iran's oil sanctions, and the lifting of the naval blockade; the final agreement will only be made regarding the fate of enriched materials and enrichment, the lifting of sanctions, and the economic reconstruction program for Iran, while discussion regarding Iran's missile program and support for resistance groups has been definitively removed from the agenda/Mehr

I prosli put je sporazum bio optimistican i onda su ovi odmah rekli da to ne vazi za Liban i nastavili po svom,prvo izraelci pa onda i Amerikanci
