Ja sam ovu informaciju našao ovdje na forumu prenešenu sa portala. Kontaktirao sam Kantonalnu veterinarsku stanicu i općinu Stari grad, oni pojma nemaju, jer pokušavam doći do izvora informacija. Do UG "Prijatelji životinja" i UG "Pomoć životinjama" - "help animals" ne mogu doći iako pokušavam jer oni nigdje nemaju objavljen broj telefona, oni se osnovani prije par mjeseci ali nemaju telefona ili ga nažalost nemaju javno objavljenog. Sav sam telecom i web pretražio, ali broja za javnost na koji ih se može zvati - nema. Dok Velja dođe sa terena do ureda, jer on ima broj Gordane Ristić iz Faletića ali u uredu, može li ih neko ko je uključen u njihov rad kontaktirati ili ibjaviti njihov broj ovdje? Oni vjerovatno u ovom trenutku imaju više informacija o svemu pošto su se oglasili u medijima ali kako do njih? Ja sam u namjeri da dođem do potpunijih podataka kako bi se mogli organizovati zvao osim njih zvao i Kantonalnu veterinarsku stanicu, ali sam samo na automatskoj sekretarici mogao ostaviti poruku što i jesam, zvao Općinu Stari grad ali oni naravno pojma nemaju.

Association of Citizens 'Help Animals-Help Animals'
Prevent kill dogs in the streets of Sarajevo
Association of Citizens' Help Animals' on Friday sent protest letters to all media to inform the public, that Sunday in Sarajevo will be preformed shooting of errant dogs. Association is terrified of this inhuman action, and inviting citizens to prevent the harvesting of animals. In a protest letter says:
'In trace of information of hunting society from the Old Town of Sarajevo on 18.01.2009. (Sunday) at some parts of Sarajevo will brutally kill street dogs, at the sight of all citizens, entering at sharp disagreeing, and ask that this inhumane action urgently to prevent and humane approaches the way of solving the problems of errant dogs in accordance with European practice.

I wonder based on the kind and whose approval will be to work and on the basis of the legal strongholds?

We believe that this is most horrifying way of solving the problems of a large number of abandoned dogs and errant in our city, for which again we think that we as a society are solely blamed. We need to approach the systematic solving of this problem in accordance with European practice and the principles of the Law on the Protection of Animals Bosnia-Herzegovina, where the animals will not be abused and killed.

Association of Citizens "Help Animals" Sarajevo is sharply opposed to these methods, the more that we have over many years after the war, settled thousands of vagrant dogs. We are also advocates methods "caught - sterilize - let", which we avoid the unnecessary killing of animals, and after a certain time, this problem a large number of abandoned dogs are minimized.

In addition, the Law on protection and animal welfare standards of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is in the process of adoption of the Parliament, and that will very soon, farthest for the month, due to come into force, says that this problem must be dealt humane methods, without suffering, sterilization and putting dogs in shelters, and in no way killing.

Therefore, we ask the competent bodies in the framework of its legal authority to prevent them from this action and do all that we finally started to solve these problems as the rest of the civilized world.

We ask embassy representatives to join his authority and help in solving this problem.

Also we please communications to release this protest and condemnation for a planned action to kill dogs wanderer, and that in the coming period, inform our citizens about the law on the protection and welfare of animals, which is in the stage of adoption and this help promote the idea of non-violence against animals and change our attitude to unprotected animals.

uns liegt eine Information vor, dass am Sonntag, den 18.01.2009 auf Berghängen in der Umgebung von Sarajevo streunende Hunde von einem Jägerverein zum Abschuss freigegeben werden. Dieses Vorgehen stößt auf stillschweigende Zustimmung der Behörden. Als Tierfreunde sind von dieser Aktion entsetzt und rufen die Bürger auf, die brutale Tötung der Tiere zu verhindern. Um stärkeren Druck auf die Behörden ausüben zu können, erhoffen wir uns Unterstützung aus dem Ausland. Wir setzen uns für eine Behandlung der streunenden Hunde entsprechend der europäischen Praxis ein – d.h. ihre Unterbringung in Tierheimen und, falls notwendig, ihre Sterilisierung. Ein entsprechender Gesetzesentwurf befindet sich bereits in der parlamentarischen Prozedur, sein Inkrafttreten wird spätestens in einem Monat erwartet. Allerdings scheint das weder die Jäger noch die zuständigen Ämter von ihrem Vorhaben abzubringen. Wir bitten die ausländischen Botschaften und Medien, uns bei unserem Einsatz für die Tierrechte zu unterstützen und gegen die geplante Erschießung der Tiere -eine makabere „Freizeitbeschäftigung“ der Jäger – Protest bei der bosnischen Regierung einzulegen.

UG Help-Animals uputili su protestno pismo, koje je također stiglo i na našu adresu:
povodom najave odstrela uličnih pasa vatrenim oružjem na području
općine Stari grad dana 18.01.2009.


Tragom informacije da će lovačko društvo iz Starog grada Sarajevo dana
18.01.2009. godine (nedjelja) na padinskim dijelovima općine (Faletići,
Hladivode, Gornje i Donje Biosko itd.) vršiti odstrel, odnosno brutalno
ubijanje uličnih pasa, na očigled svih građana, ulazemo oštar protest i
tražimo da se ta nehumana akcija hitno spriječi, te pristupi humanom načinu
rješavanja problema pasa lutalica u skladu sa europskom praksom.

Stoppen Sie Hunde Erschießung auf die Strassen von Sarajevo

Eine Initiative "Pomoc zivotinjama-Help Animals" hat ein Protest-Brief an alle Medien verschickt. In dem Offenen Brief würde angekündigt, dass am kommenden Sonntag eine Straßenhunderschießung durchgeführt wird !Alle Tierfreunde sind über diese nicht humane Art empört und und laden alle Einwohner sich im Protest gegen diese Aktion zu beteiligen!Im Protestbrief steht folgendes:

Durch eine Information haben wir erfahren, dass eine Jäger-Vereinigung ( aus der Altstadt von Sarajevo) am kommenden Sonntag , den 18.01.2009. im Gemeinden Faletici,Hladivode, Gornje i Donje Biosko und anderen, eine eine Erschießung von Straßenhunden durchführen wird !Es handelt sich um die brutale, bestialische und qualvolle Aktion die DRINGEND gestoppt werden muss .
Wir fordern nach anderen Lösungen, die auch in Länder der EU praktiziert werden !

Unsere ganze Gesellschaft soll die Verantwortung für diese grausame Aktion übernehmen und wir müssen alle nach systematischen Problemlösungen suchen die im klang mit der Europäische Praxis und mit BH Tierschutzgesetz ist . Tier Misshandlungen und bestialische Ermordungen sind auf gar keinen Fall die richtige Problemlösungsmethoden!
Bürgerinitiative"Help Animals"versucht seit Jahren solche Praxis zu bekämpfen und hat in all diesem nachkriegs Jahren von über Hunderten Herrenlosen Hunden ein Neues zuhause gefunden !Wir vertreten die Idee" Fange-Sterilisiere-lasse"wodurch man den Problem auch langfristig und Human lösen kann .Außerdem der Neue Tierschutzgesetz , der im Moment noch im Prozess der Verabschiedung ist,aber im Kurze Verabschiedet wird, strikt verbietet solche Methoden und Maßnahmen!

Wir verlangen von der Verantwortlichen, diese und ähnliche Aktionen zu verbieten und bitten Sie um Beitrag zu Hilfe gegen solchen und ähnlichen Aktionen ,zu leisten !

Wir bitten alle Botschaft mitwirkende durch eigenen Autorität bei diesem Problemlösung mitzuwirken und solche Aktionen zu stoppen!
