Sjede li u ovogodišnjim Formulama 1 vozači ili putnici?
Vozači Formule 1 ne kontroliraju kad im bolid troši bateriju. Jesam li jedini koji je to saznao tek danas?
Lando Norris, aktualni prvak svijeta, nakon jučerašnje Velike nagrade Japana dao je izjavu koja mi je poprilično promijenila percepciju sporta. Upitan oko tijeka i ishoda borbe s Lewisom Hamiltonom, rekao je da ga zapravo nije htio prestići onda kada jest, ali da mu se baterija sama aktivirala, pa nije imao izbora. Potom je, sada s praznom baterijom, smjesta izgubio poziciju. "To nije utrka", rezigniran je Norris. "To je jo-jo utrkivanje". Dodao je da su vozači "na milosti onoga što pogonska jedinica isporuči" i da bi trebali imati kontrolu – a nemaju je.

BREAKING: Formula 1 will present a package of measures to correct the flaws of the new regulations

✅ The solutions will pivot on 3 axes: safety, loss of speed at the end of straights, and returning to pushing the limit in qualifying.

1⃣ Simplify the regulations so everything depends more on the driver than on electronics.

2⃣ Increase the power of 'super clipping' to 350 kW instead of the current 250 kW, which would reduce 'lift and coast'.

3⃣ Reduce energy deployment so it doesn't deplete so quickly. Currently, the cars have too much power in the wrong place.

4⃣ Reduce per-lap recharge limits: go from a limit of 9 MJ to 6 MJ of energy, which would make it easier for drivers to hit the recharge limit and reduce 'lift and coast'. However, there would be less energy, which would make the cars slower.

5⃣ Allow the use of active aerodynamics at all points on the circuit in qualifying, as was done with DRS in 2011 and 2012.

6⃣ In the long term, give greater importance to the combustion engine over the electric one.

📆 These measures will be presented on April 9, at the meeting between F1, FIA, and the teams.

Sumnjam da će Max za njim.
GP je očito dobio ponudu da bude TP nakon što Stella preuzme Ferrari, to je ponuda koja se ne odbija, siguran sam da mu je i Max rekao da je budala ako ne prihvati.
Što se tiče Max-a, moguće da fakat nema planove da ostane u F1 u 2028.

Valjda je onaj boost električni na pravcu ograničen.

Mislim da pokušavaju da se baterija potpuno isprazni i da manje treba super clipping.
