"He was with his feet too, which is a must for Besiktas as the keeper always takes part in build up play. He didn't get tested too much this game and the goal that was conceded was quite unlucky, as one of the defenders made a mistake and Karius wasn't expecting that."

"He [Karius] still has to adapt to the team, especially to the defense. It would be too harsh to blame him for the goal. Looking forward to see how he will perform in the upcoming games, but it's easy to say that it was a good overall debut for Karius."
