Ovo je bio pokušaj da skontam ukusno i zdravo (koliko-toliko) i preporučim.
Mada ja volim i jedem čokoladu svaki dan.

Kod mene je na gornjoj granici holesterol. Istina, dobio sam viska kg u zadnje vrijeme i nisam bio fizicki aktivan. Evo u potrazi sam za kvalitetnim savjetima, oko ishrane, sa treninzima sam vec krenuo i nastojim ponov vratiti kilazu na prijasnju.

Ja, koja sam mislila da nikada neću imati povišen holesterol, ipak imam, iznad gornje granice za 1.
Ja se veoma mnogo krećem, nemam viška kilograma...Jedem puno povrća, volim kuhannje, gotovo da i ne jedem prženo...Životinjske masnoće unosim u organizam minimalno, jogurti nemasni, pavlake nemasne...Ne pijem sokove, samo vodu ili svježe cijeđene sokove...Ja se nisam u stvari ničega odricala u ishrani, jednostavno mi je majka ugradila u mene te neke navike u ishrani, kojih se pridržavam i danas, ali to očito nije samo po sebi dovoljno kao zaštita od holesterola i šećera u krvi

Masnoće u krvi nastaju usljed lošeg rada jetre žuči i pankreasa. Najčešće loše djelovanje na na jetru žuč i pankreas čovjek čini unošenjem previše šećera ( ne mora biti isključivo šećer to je i kukuruz, riža hljeb itd) zatim masnoća kako životinjskih tako i biljnih ( rafinirana ulja i biljne masnoće , margarini , biljni mrs itd..)
Industrijska hrana je svakim danom sve štetnija i kapitalisti su nemilosrdniji sa cijljem još većeg bogaćenja.
Mi smo se udaljili od prirode pa ne znamo više ni šta je ok i šta je loše.
Samo jednostavno razmišljanje o mlijeku i prerađevinama iz fabrika ....šta je to industrija napravila mlijeku pa ga bez problema pakuje u papirne kutije i kao takvo se neće pokvarti ni nakon pola godine
Najvažnija stvar koja se često zaboravlja je ta i da je u čovjeku i bolest i lijek....samo je stvar šta šta momentalno aktiviraš. Stres ima više nivoa slabiji - intenzivniji - jači, stresom se tijelo bombarduje više od cigara i droge i alkohola. Imam dosta primjera u mojoj okolini kod ljudi koji nisu poročni ali ih je sikirancija ili odvela na ahiret ili su oboljeli od bolesti sa kojima će se morati patiti do kraja života.
Masnoće kod "mlađih"
Masnoće u krvi su po mnogim doktorima uzrok dobijanja dijabetesa.

Uglavnom ako pusite trebali bi ste prestati.
Ako ne regulisete vasu ishranu nista sebi necete pomoci, samo ce biti trenutna reakcija na vasu konzumaciju.
Krecite se, plivajte, ili idite na gimnastiku, rad tijela pokrece tijelo.
P.S. meni neko blizak je imao identican problem, rijesio ga za 3 mjeseca, sportom i ishranom,

holesterol je definitivno bolest modernog doba jer je ishrana jako losa,sve se zasniva na brzoj hrani i neredovnim obrocima.Meni je sad holesterol normalan,prije par mjeseci uzmem neki novi preparat u apoteci nesto ima sirce i neke trave u sebi,odvratno je za piti,cardiofit ja mislim da se zove,jako skup-oko 36 KM.Nakon popijene prve doze za mjesec holesterol mi se smanjio,kupim opet i sad je normalan ali doktor mi kaze da se to opet moze vratiti i da je to sve do ishrane.Pokusavam sad ishranom malo regulisati holesterol pa vidjet cemo ali znam da tablete necu.Prije cu koristiti ove neke prirodne preparate kao sto je ta smjesa u bademu ili nesto iz apoteke na prirodnoj bazi ali tablete necu.Ipak,sve je u ishrani i na to treba obratiti paznju.Sad jedem samo kuhano,nista masno,slatko,przeno i sl.

red yeast rice 600mg 2puta na dan.Pomaze 100%,meni je pomogao.Morate uzimati i coq10 jer se smanji zbog uzimanja red yeast rice.Beta sitosterol takodze dobar(obadva su naucno dokazana da pomazu)

The nurse who read me my results suggested that I still consider statin medication since I will still over the HDL guideline of 100. I told her that I would pass.. So in 4 months my cholesteral dropped significantly. I drink Trader Joe's organic ACV. And I also added Bob Mill's flaxseed to my oatmeal in the morning. mix, chill and drink 1/2 to 1 cup before your largest meal every day.
best to use concordia grapes they have the best tanin level. a good apple juice not consentrate gives fibre and the ACV. (dont use shop bought ACV for salads). unable to find a good local supplier i used ACV from a equine supplier fit for human consumption

I have been put on just about every medicine that has come out without success. I have tried garlic and a low fat diet but have had no success with that either. I came across this page while researching migrane remedies and thought that I would give it a try. I started taking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water once a day about a year ago. My cholestrol has always measured around the 254 mark and my triglycrides had always been well over 300. This past January my blood draw came back with very surprising results. My cholestrol was 162 and triglycrides were 163. I made the nurse calling me double check the name on the report. I have continued this therapy hoping that it wasn't a fluke. I will know in August when I have my next blood draw. I'm hoping for even better results. I also was able to stay 100% healthy this past year. With so much illness in a very close office setting I was able to not use one sick day while most of my co-workers were off at least one day if not more. It has not produced any weight loss benefits but I'm only 140 lbs to start with so I'm not so concerned with that as I was with the cholestrol results. I have passed this on to some friends that are suffering from the same thing. I'm waiting to hear their results."

In fact, my LDL and overall Levels are actually UP (slightly) since my last blood test. At that time, my total cholesterol was 264, drinking the mixture once a day for about a month. I had blood work done on March 24, 2012, my total cholesterol was down to 233... The ONLY change was the mixture, I haven't even started working out, my physician was very impressed and told me while it was still high, it's much better and keep up the good work. Started checking sites on line then found EC site started reading about how many people have used ACV to lower cholesterol I was amazed. There has to be something good about it. Why the doctors do not prescribe it even if it works for 10-20 or more % of the people with high cholesterol I have no idea. Decided to give ACV a try to see if it will work better. I'm not overweight and I don't eat processed food or fried foods.... Basically eat very healthy. I'm almost 60 years old and very active. I do NOT want to take medications.
I'm loving this website and I want to try using ACV as much as possible. I bought some in pill form and I also bought a jug of the juice. I've just started today taking the pills and as I was drinking a glass of ice tea that had lemon and honey in it I put 1/2 Tbsp of the ACV in it and I really like the flavor combination.
So my big question is........ Do the pills work as good as the liquid?????? Can someone answer and verify that for me?"

I eat a normal dinner. And don't eat sweets. I have always had a hard time keeping my cholesterol in check. Guess it's hereditary. I recently had my blood work back in Nov 2010. My numbers were : total cholesterol 226, HDL 156 and LDL 52. My doctor want to put me in a statin because my HDL kep going higher each year.
I searched on the internet for natural ways to lower cholesterol and found that apple cider vinegar was a cure to lower it. I went for my new blood work and told the PA that I was drinking AVC to lower my cholesteral. She gave me a smirk like I was wasting my time trying this.
Just got back my new bloodwork results and here they are: total 186 , HDL 126 and LDL 42. The nurse who read me my results suggested that I still consider statin medication since I will still over the HDL guideline of 100. I told her that I would pass.. So in 4 months my cholesteral dropped significantly. I drink Trader Joe's organic ACV. And I also added Bob Mill's flaxseed to my oatmeal in the morning. My advice is try and fix your "ailments" naturally before you start to take medication prescribe by your doctor who is getting kickbacks from drug companies."

My Dr. thought my numbers looked great (not that different from yours). Keep in mind that almost as many people with regular and low cholesteral have heart attacks as do those with high cholesteral. Big pharma has gotten to your Dr.!!!
We need cholesteral to make hormones, including vitamin D, to give our cells structure and protection, help strengthen our immune system and to make bile that helps us break down fats.
Your LDL is low, that is what most Dr.s would worry about, not having a high HDL. We want a high HDL. If you are still concerned about your numbers, please do not take a statin, it restricts circulation of oxygen to your heart, cause muscle weakness and spasms. It can cause eye problems, and general loss of quality of health. Consider taking more fiber in your diet. This will absorb the cholesteral in your bile and prevent it from being reabsorbed back into your body via the intestinal wall. Consider niacin flushes (start with a very low dose to get used the the feeling of turning red and tingely! ).
There is so much good information here on this site, you will do so much better for your body by taking the natural route instead of listening to your Dr. on this one. I am blessed I have a great Dr. She spends up to an hour with me on most visits, and treats my whole person, not just the symptoms! "

Cholesterol 4.63, Trigleycerides 1.55, HDL-C 1.05, LDL-C 2.88 and Chol: HDL Ratio 4.41 all in mmol/L. For me it works well but in term of loosing weight I don't see much. I introduced ACV to my Manager who has the same problem and never once see his result pass from the test. After my advise and taken for 3 or 4 weeks on daily basics last week result out shine my report.
Those with high cholesterol please try but please check with your doctors advise. I tried after reading from the net on the benefits. One important thing I was on medication too for cholesterol (Lovastatin). My managers report was the thing which confirm of ACV coz he never see a better result in all his testing.

the recipe is as follows:
2 cups of black grape juice
1 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup ACV
mix, chill and drink 1/2 to 1 cup before your largest meal every day.
best to use concordia grapes they have the best tanin level. a good apple juice not consentrate gives fibre and the ACV. (dont use shop bought ACV for salads). unable to find a good local supplier i used ACV from a equine supplier fit for human consumption

Eight weeks ago i was rushed to the hospital for chest pains and my blood pressure was up due to the anxiety created from the chest pains. After 2 days of testing in the hospital it was concluded that my cholesterol was borderline high. My Total Cholesterol was 239. I was told to take aspirin and given a prescription for some other popular medication, neither of which i took. I came across your site doing some research on natural remedies and now I am truly amazed at how ACV has working for me in only 7 weeks. My cholesterol came down from 239 to 175. I started taking 2Tbs mixed with either cranberry or grape juice in the morning and the same at night. The juice helps with the bitter taste of the Vinegar. I have had very little change in my diet, except for the fact that i no longer eat eggs! I have, however increased my activity to working out at least 3x's week. I have been put on just about every medicine that has come out without success. I have tried garlic and a low fat diet but have had no success with that either. I came across this page while researching migrane remedies and thought that I would give it a try. I started taking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water once a day about a year ago. My cholestrol has always measured around the 254 mark and my triglycrides had always been well over 300. This past January my blood draw came back with very surprising results. My cholestrol was 162 and triglycrides were 163. I made the nurse calling me double check the name on the report. I have continued this therapy hoping that it wasn't a fluke. I will know in August when I have my next blood draw. I'm hoping for even better results. I also was able to stay 100% healthy this past year. With so much illness in a very close office setting I was able to not use one sick day while most of my co-workers were off at least one day if not more. It has not produced any weight loss benefits but I'm only 140 lbs to start with so I'm not so concerned with that as I was with the cholestrol results. I have passed this on to some friends that are suffering from the same thing. I'm waiting to hear their results."

In fact, my LDL and overall Levels are actually UP (slightly) since my last blood test. However, (and this is a big however) something else odd happened in the 9 weeks I have been taking ACV (dosage: one mouthful each morning). After almost a year of no change in my Triglycerides, they dropped a whopping 32% since my last blood test. There simply IS no other explanation other than the ACV - none. The only "possible" reason for this - is that in the last 2 weeks I started a low GI diet. Even then, 2 weeks of not eating watermelon is hardly a reasonable explanation for a 32% drop in blood fat (triglycerides), and often what is good in the low GI - is blacklisted on a Triglyceride diet - such as apples, oranges, peaches etc....all of which I have been consuming recently in carnivorous fashion. For the record; Everyone needs to keep in mind that 80% of your Cholesterol is produced by your body...but Triglycerides are nearly 100% dietary and exercise related."

I began taking ACV once a day 2 tablespoons a day. In about a month time my cholesterol went down to 160 and blood pressure to 1about 120/80. I noticed that it is suggested to take at least to take the ACV twice to three times a day.Also is the unfiltered product is being used. Has anyone used the capsules? Mi liječnici, uz svo naše obrazovanje, praksu, znanje i autoritet, često posjedujemo popriličan ego radi kojeg vrlo teško priznajemo da smo u krivu. Dakle, evo: otvoreno priznajem da sam bio u krivu. Kao kardio kirurg s 25 godina radnog iskustva, nakon što sam obavio preko 5 000 operacija na otvorenom srcu, došlo je vrijeme da ispravim ono što je krivo s medicinskim i znanstvenim činjenicama.
Dugi niz godina radio sam s drugim istaknutim liječnicima, tzv. opinion makerima – kreatorima javnog mišljenja. Bombardirani znanstvenom literaturom, kontinuirano pohađajući obrazovne seminare, mi kreatori javnog mišljenja inzistirali smo na tvrdnji da srčane bolesti nastaju zbog povišenog kolesterola u krvi.
Jedina prihvaćena terapija bila je prepisivanje lijekova za snižavanje kolesterola i dijeta sa jako ograničenim unosom masnoće. Potonje bi naravno snizilo kolesterol kao i same srčane bolesti. Odstupanja od ovih preporuka smatrana su herezom i zlouporabom.
Ali ovo ne funkcionira!
Ove se preporuke ne mogu više ni znanstveno a ni moralno opravdati. Otkriće od prije nekoliko godina, da je pravi uzrok srčanih bolesti upala u arterijama polako dovodi do smjene paradigmi u načinu tretiranja srčanih i drugih kroničnih bolesti.
Davno uspostavljene prehrambene preporuke dovele su do epidemije pretilosti i dijabetesa, koji su po smrtnosti, ljudskoj patnji i materijalnom trošku nadmašili svaku drugu pošast u povijesti čovječanstva.
Unatoč činjenici da 25% stanovništva uzima skupe statine (lijekove za snižavanje kolesterola) i unatoč činjenici da smo smanjili unos masnoće u našoj prehrani, ipak će ove godine od srčanih bolesti umrijeti više Amerikanaca nego ikada prije.
Statistika iz American Heart Associations pokazuje da 75 milijuna Amerikanaca trenutno pati od srčanih bolesti, 20 milijuna boluje od dijabetesa i 57 milijuna ima pred-dijabetes. Ovi poremećaji svake godine pogađaju sve mlađe osobe, u sve većem broju.
Jednostavno rečeno, bez upalnog procesa prisutnog u tijelu, ne postoji način da se kolesterol nakupi u stijenkama krvnih žila i da uzrokuje srčane bolesti i moždani udar. Bez upalnog procesa, kolesterol bi slobodno cirkulirao po cijelom tijelu onako kako je to priroda odredila. Upala je ta koja uzrokuje da kolestrol ostane zarobljen u krvnim žilama.
Upala nije ništa komplicirano – to je jednostavno prirodna obrana našeg tijela protiv napadača kao što su bakterije, toksini ili virusi. Koja bi se promišljena osoba dobrovoljno izlagala hrani ili drugim tvarima za koje se zna da uzrokuju ozljede u tijelu? Pa, pušači možda, ali oni to barem rade namjerno i svjesno.
Mi ostali jednostavno slijedimo službeno preporučenu prehranu koja je siromašna zasićenim mastima ali bogata višestruko nezasićenim mastima i ugljikohidratima, bez da znamo da time uzrokujemo opetovane ozljede na našim krvnim žilama. Ove opetovane ozljede uzrokuju kroničnu upalu koja dovodi do srčanih bolesti, moždanog udara, dijabetesa i pretilosti.
Dopustite da ponovim: ozljede i upale u našim krvnim žilama uzrokovane su prehranom s premalo masnoće koja se preporučuje od vodećih medicinskih krugova.
Koji su najveći krivci za kronične upale? Ako biste mogli podnijeti ovo bolno četkanje, imali biste krvavo, otečeno, inficirano područje koje postaje sve gore sa svakim ponavljanjem ozljede. Nekoliko puta dnevno, svaki dan, hrana koju jedemo stvara male ozljede koje se pretvaraju u veće ozljede i uzrokuju da tijelo konstantno odgovara upalnim procesom.
Dok uživamo u okusu slatkog peciva, naše tijelo alarmantno reagira kao kad kakav napadač objavi rat. Hrana natrpana šećerom i ugljikohidratima, procesirana s omega 6 mastima radi produžene trajnosti, predstavlja okosnicu američke prehrane zadnjih 6 desetljeća. Ovakva hrana polako truje sve.
Šećer, brašno i biljna ulja uzročnici su srčano-žilnih bolesti
Kako jedenje običnog slatkog peciva može stvoriti kaskadu upalnih procesa koji nas čine bolesnima?
Zamislite da prolijete sirup po tipkovnici i imate predodžbu onoga što se događa unutar jedne stanice. Kad konzumiramo ugljikohidrate, šećer u krvi rapidno raste. Kao odgovor, gušterača izlučuje inzulin čija je primarna svrha potjerati šećer u stanice gdje se pohranjuje za energiju. Ali ako je stanica puna i ne treba glukozu (šećer), odbija taj ekstra šećer. Tada šećer u krvi opet raste proizvodeći još više inzulina koji glukozu (šećer) pretvara u mast.
Kakve ovo ima veze s upalom? Šećer u krvi ima vrlo preciznu kontrolu. Suvišne molekule šećera vežu se za različite proteine koji oštećuju stijenke krvnih žila. Ovo opetovano oštećenje na stijenkama krvnih žila pokreće upalni proces. Kad pumpate svoj šećer u krvi do visokih razina nekoliko put na dan, to je kao da ste uzeli brusni papir i brusite unutrašnju stranu osjetljivih krvnih žila.

Današnja američka prehrana proizvodi ekstremnu neravnotežu između ovih dviju masnoća. Omjer između omege omege 6 i omege 3 kreće se od 15:1 pa do 30:1 što dovodi do ogromne kolilčine citokina koji uzrokuju upale. U današnjim uvjetima, omjer od 3:1 bi bio optimalan za zdravlje.
Da stvar bude još gora, prekomjerna tjelesna težina koju nosite zbog konzumiranja ovakve hrane, stvara preopterećene masne stanice koje izlučuju velike količine proinflamatornih kemikalija (koje izazivaju upale) koje još više pogoršavaju ozljede izazvane visokim šećerom u krvi. Proces započet slatkim pecivom u ustima pretvara se u začarani krug koji tijekom vremena dovodi do srčanih bolesti, dijabetesa i konačno do Alzheimerove bolesti, kad se upalni proces nesmanjeno nastavlja u nedogled.

Postoji samo jedan način za suzbijanje ovih upalnih stanja, a to je povratak na hranu u svom izvornom obliku. Za izgradnju mišića, jedite više proteina. Birajte ugljikohidrate u obliku povrća i voća. Smanjite ili potpuno izbacite inflamatorna omega 6 ulja kao što su sojino, suncokretovo i kukuruzno ulje, kao i hranu koja ih sadrži.
Jedna žličica kukuruznog ulja sadrži 7,280 mg omege 6, jedna žličica sojinog ulja sadži 6,940 mg. Koristite umjesto toga maslinovo ulje ili maslac pašnih životinja.
Životinjske masnoće sadrže manje od 20% omege 6 i vjerojatnost da mogu izazvati upale puno je manja nego sa navodno ”zdravim” višestruko nezasićenim mastima. Dok uživamo u okusu slatkog peciva, naše tijelo alarmantno reagira kao kad kakav napadač objavi rat. Hrana natrpana šećerom i ugljikohidratima, procesirana s omega 6 mastima radi produžene trajnosti, predstavlja okosnicu američke prehrane zadnjih 6 desetljeća. Ovakva hrana polako truje sve.
Šećer, brašno i biljna ulja uzročnici su srčano-žilnih bolesti
Kako jedenje običnog slatkog peciva može stvoriti kaskadu upalnih procesa koji nas čine bolesnima?
Zamislite da prolijete sirup po tipkovnici i imate predodžbu onoga što se događa unutar jedne stanice. Kad konzumiramo ugljikohidrate, šećer u krvi rapidno raste. Kao odgovor, gušterača izlučuje inzulin čija je primarna svrha potjerati šećer u stanice gdje se pohranjuje za energiju. Ali ako je stanica puna i ne treba glukozu (šećer), odbija taj ekstra šećer. Tada šećer u krvi opet raste proizvodeći još više inzulina koji glukozu (šećer) pretvara u mast.
Kakve ovo ima veze s upalom? Šećer u krvi ima vrlo preciznu kontrolu. Suvišne molekule šećera vežu se za različite proteine koji oštećuju stijenke krvnih žila. Ovo opetovano oštećenje na stijenkama krvnih žila pokreće upalni proces. Kad pumpate svoj šećer u krvi do visokih razina nekoliko put na dan, to je kao da ste uzeli brusni papir i brusite unutrašnju stranu osjetljivih krvnih žila.
Iako ovo ne možete vidjeti, budite sigurni da je to tako. Ja sam to vidio kod preko 5000 pacijenata tijekom 25 godina, kojima je svima bila zajednička – upala u arterijama.
Da se vratimo na slatko pecivo. Ova poslastica nevinog izgleda ne samo da sadrži šećer, već je pečena u jednom od brojnih omega 6 ulja kao što je sojino ulje. Čips i krumpirići natopljeni su sojinim uljem, sve industrijske prerađevine sadrže omega 6 ulja radi produžene trajnosti. Iako su omega 6 masnoće esencijalne – dio su svake stanične membrane i kontroliraju što se događa unutar i izvan stanice – one moraju biti u ispravnom omjeru s omega 3 masnoćama.
Ako se ovaj omjer poremeti prekomjernim unošenjem omege 6, stanične membrane proizvode kemijske spojeve citokine, koji izravno uzrokuju upalu.
Današnja američka prehrana proizvodi ekstremnu neravnotežu između ovih dviju masnoća. Omjer između omege omege 6 i omege 3 kreće se od 15:1 pa do 30:1 što dovodi do ogromne kolilčine citokina koji uzrokuju upale. U današnjim uvjetima, omjer od 3:1 bi bio optimalan za zdravlje.
Da stvar bude još gora, prekomjerna tjelesna težina koju nosite zbog konzumiranja ovakve hrane, stvara preopterećene masne stanice koje izlučuju velike količine proinflamatornih kemikalija (koje izazivaju upale) koje još više pogoršavaju ozljede izazvane visokim šećerom u krvi. Proces započet slatkim pecivom u ustima pretvara se u začarani krug koji tijekom vremena dovodi do srčanih bolesti, dijabetesa i konačno do Alzheimerove bolesti, kad se upalni proces nesmanjeno nastavlja u nedogled.
Ne možemo pobjeći činjenici da što više industrijski prerađene hrane konzumiramo, to više potičemo stvaranje upale, iz dana u dan. Ljudsko tijelo ne može preraditi, niti je dizajnirano da bi konzumiralo hranu nakrcanu šećerom i natopljenu u omega 6 ulja.
Postoji samo jedan način za suzbijanje ovih upalnih stanja, a to je povratak na hranu u svom izvornom obliku. Za izgradnju mišića, jedite više proteina. Birajte ugljikohidrate u obliku povrća i voća. Smanjite ili potpuno izbacite inflamatorna omega 6 ulja kao što su sojino, suncokretovo i kukuruzno ulje, kao i hranu koja ih sadrži.
Jedna žličica kukuruznog ulja sadrži 7,280 mg omege 6, jedna žličica sojinog ulja sadži 6,940 mg. Koristite umjesto toga maslinovo ulje ili maslac pašnih životinja.
Životinjske masnoće sadrže manje od 20% omege 6 i vjerojatnost da mogu izazvati upale puno je manja nego sa navodno ”zdravim” višestruko nezasićenim mastima. Zaboravite ”znanost” koju vam desetljećima utuvljuju u glavu. Znanstveni dokazi da zasićene masnoće uzrokuju srčane bolesti ne postoje. Znanstveni dokazi da zasićene masnoće podižu kolesterol također su vrlo slabi. A kako sada znamo da kolesterol nije uzrok srčanih bolesti, zabrinutost oko zasićenih masnoća postaje sasvim apsurdna.
Teorija o kolesterolu dovela je do preporuka da se smanji unos masnoća što je dovelo do stvaranja upravo one hrane koja izaziva upalne procese. Službena je medicina napravila užasnu grešku kad je ljudima savjetovala da izbjegavaju zasićene masti i da umjesto njih koriste višestruko nezasićena ulja. Zato sada imamo epidemiju arterijskih upala koje dovode do srčanih i drugih ubojitih bolesti.
Ono što možete učiniti je da birate cjelovitu hranu kakvu je servirala vaša baka, a ne onu kojoj se okrenula vaša mama kad su prodavaonice počele nuditi industrijske prerađevine. Izbacivanjem inflamatorne hrane i konzumacijom esencijalnih nutrijenata iz svježe neprerađene hrane, popravit ćete štetu koju ste godinama izazivali u svojim arterijama i cijelom tijelu konzumirajući tipičnu američku prehranu.

Dijelim misljenje sa postom iznad... Secer, ne masnoce, je glavni krivac za debljinu, holesterol, upalu krvnih zila, etc.

parametri za odredivanje visine holesterola u krvi su spusteni zbog farmaceutske industrije i preparata koji se proizvode za skidanje holesterola...meni je doktorica rekla da je prije ono sto je danas poviseno bilo normalno ali se non stop vrsi redukcija granice da bi se prodavali lijekovi za skidanje masnoca u krvi sto ne znaci da ne treba voditi racuna o holesterolu...koristio iz badema zrnevlje za skidanje masnoce i jednom mi pomoglo jednom nije

Ja uspijem skinuti holesterol, ali je sve kratkotrajnog karaktera. Evo trenutno pijem ujutro mlaku vodu sa limunom, snizilo mi je holesterol, ali isto je bilo i sa ostalim receptima. Čim prestanemsa terapijom, povisi se...

Nista ti to nece pomoci u dovoljnoj dozi da izbjegnes srcani udar u buducnosti, osim ako te nesto prije toga ne strefi. Jedini nacin da to uradis, koji je bolji i od lijekova, jeste da bjezis od masnoce ko od djavola.
