Samo kod nas se izgleda mora unijeti u Ustav da jedino GRAS može obavljati gradski prevoz do Sudnjeg dana. Kad ćemo ući u 2018. godinu, dobiti sposobnu vlast koja će biti spremna pružiti svojim građanima usluge koje su "best value for money"?
