Staviću ovdje... neka pravila koja su se mijenjala kroz ovih 150 godina fudbala. Nešto što je danas toliko normalno, nekad je bilo nenormalno
150 years of Association Football ~ How the Rules have changed
The official football rules – The Laws of the Game – were first written down in 1863. In the 150 years that have since passed, these rules have undergone significant changes. How much the game imagined by the writers of the initial laws differed from the modern game becomes clear by reading this timeline of fourty changes made to the 1863 Laws.
1865 – Introduction of tape between the goalposts to indicate a height limit, at eight feet (2.34 meter). Before, goals had no height limit.
1866 – Forward passes made legal, provided there are 3 defenders between the receiver and the goal. Previously, all attacking players in front of the ball were ‘offside’.
1866 – Catching the ball is no longer allowed. Before, players could earn a free kick by catching a ball before it bounced. This ban opened the way for the concept known as heading.
1869 – Goal kick now given when the ball crosses the goal line. Previously, whichever side would grab the ball first after it had passed the goal line, would get a free kick.
1871 – A specific goalkeeper officially recognized, who is allowed to handle the ball anywhere on the field.
1872 – Goalkeepers now only allowed to grab the ball on their own half.
1872 – Corner kick introduced.
1874 – Umpires introduced, one belonging to each side, who settle disputes. Before, all issues were settled by the team’s captains.
1874 – Teams have to change half after half-time, instead of after a goal.
1875 – Crossbars (instead of tape) are made mandatory.
1877 – Game duration fixed at 90 minutes.
1882 – Throw-ins with one hand declared illegal.
1891 – Penalty kick introduced, then known as ‘The Kick of Death’. Could be taken from anywhere on a 12 yard line from the goal. Introduced after a field player fisted the ball away in the last minute of a notorious FA Cup tie.
1891 – A single ‘referee’ is allowed on the pitch to settle all matters. The two umpires who used to decide disputes are now only ’linesmen’.
1891 – Introduction of the goal net.
1892 – Introduction of injury time. Prompted by an incident where the goalkeeper of Aston Villa had kicked the ball out of the ground to prevent Stoke City from taking a penalty. By the time the ball had been found, the game had ended.
1894 – Goalkeepers can no longer be physically charged, unless they have the ball.
1895 – Throw-ins now awarded to the opponents of the team that last touched the ball before it went over the touch line. Before, the throw-in was awarded to whoever grabbed the ball first.
1897 – The word ‘intentional’ introduced into the law with regards to handling of the ball.
1902 – Introduction of the penalty area and penalty spot.
1904 – Advantage clause added. Referee can signal play on after a foul if that benefits the team suffering the foul.
1907 – A player receiving a pass cannot be offside if he is on his own half.
1912 – A goalkeeper can now only handle the ball in his own penalty area, instead of his entire half.
1912 – A goalkeeper must wear different colours than his teammates. Before, players could simply take over the duty of goalkeeping by notifying the referee.
1920 – Impossible to be offside after a throw-in.
1924 – Players allowed to score directly from a corner kick.
1925 – The Offside Rule (see 1866) is reduced from three to two defending players.
1939 – Shirt numbering is made compulsory.
1965 – A substitution is now permitted. But only in case of injury. Previously, if a player got injured, his team would be reduced to ten men.
1967 – Two substitutions allowed, regardless of injury.
1970 – Introduction of the penalty series to settle a tie. Previously, a coin toss was used.
1970 – Introduction of the yellow and red card system.
1990 – Shinguards made mandatory.
1990 – Offside rule slightly changed: no longer offside if the receiving player is even with 2nd-last defender keeper
1991 – The ‘professional foul’ – taking a clear goal scoring opportunity away from an attack by making a foul – now results in a red card.
1992 – Goalkeepers banned from picking up a pass with their hands.
1993 – Violent sliding tackle from behind results in a red card
1993 – Coaches permitted to give tactical instructions from the touch line.
1995 – Three substitutions allowed.
1997 – Scoring directly from a kick-off or goal kick now permitted.

U nogomet treba uvesti pasivni nogomet tj. pasivni napad.

Before, the throw-in was awarded to whoever grabbed the ball first.

2 min max. i onda sudija neka digne ruku
