The Bosnian Herzegovinian American Academy of Arts and Sciences (BHAAAS), in partnership with the St. Louis Bosnian community, has initiated an outreach program to provide mentoring and guidance to younger Bosnian Americans who seek support for career development and advancement in professional, educational, and cultural fields.
The free interactive workshops will provide practical advice from Bosnian panelists who are established practitioners in their fields. Topics will include guidance on pathways to success for high school and college-age Bosnian Americans. All ages are invited to participate.
The program will offer information on financial aid and scholarships for college and graduate school, opportunities for study in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and a public reading by acclaimed Bosnian author Aleksandar Hemon, BHAAAS President.
