NE znam pika li se ovo kao reklama ili kao informacija. ALi imam super vijest, dosle su "Jami" pite u "Foodland". ZA sve one koji su u zadnjie 2 godine bili u BiH ne treba puno objasnjavati o cemu se radi, ali za one koji nisu bili - mmmm. Jednostavno morate probati - bolja je i od mamine i od nanine pite. Nazalost n emsiju uvoziti meso pa cemo ostati uskraceni za citav asortiman bosanskih jela koja oni prave, ali su zato tu krompiruse, zeljanice, ...Toplo preporucujem da probate

Please forward this email to your community. If you are interested in creating a similar production in your city, I am here to help. We had found in Seattle that it is a very unifying event that brings the whole community together, as well as a great way to bring the culture of Bosnia and Herzegovina into the greater Seattle community. It’s a lot of work, but SO worth it.

Front Row is a 60-minute local access cable television show, so they had to condense our 2-hour concert into these excerpts. Though the sound in the concert hall was good, there are problems with the sound feed on this broadcast in some of the performances including Balkan Cabaret, and the ensemble which accompanies soloists Ekrem Pilic and Rusmir Sacirovic. Still, there is so much beauty and joy. Just wait until you see the children’s dance groups!

DVDs will be made available for sale. I’m just waiting for the master.

The concert was held at Town Hall in Seattle, a beautiful professional venue. There were approximately 500 people in the audience who were simply overcome by the performances. Lots of cheering and some tears, too. The concert was supported through grants and ticket sales. We were able to break even and pay the artists a decent fee, produce a beautiful poster and printed program.

The St. Louis Children’s Choirs would like to reach potential students and audiences who are refugees and immigrants in the St. Louis area. We have had many students join the Children’s Choirs and advance musically while learning English as a second language. Annual auditions are held from March to August (http://slccsing. org/auditions. html).

On February 28th and March 1st, the Children’s Choirs will perform two free community concerts at the Purser Center on the campus of the Logan College of Chiropractic. Elena Sharkova, a native of St. Petersburg, Russia and graduate of the St. Petersburg State Rimski-Korsakov Conservatory, will join the Children’s Choirs as guest conductor. The Children’s Choirs is a community-based program that draws about 500 children (age 6 to 18) from nearly 250 schools around the St. Louis area.
