E kako se meni neda.... U subotu mi stigle ove HyperX Cloud II i evo vec imam problem. Pricam sad na skype i svako par sekundi na obe strane se cuje neki zvuk, nesto kao da cvrci/pucketa al kratko.... prvo sam mislio da je do ovog kabla kako se pomjeri pa napravi taj zvuk ali nije tako, evo i kada sam potpuno miran cuje se. Ovo sam primjetio i u subotu ali skroz blago i mozda 1-2 pa sam mislio da mi se ucinilo, ali evo sada sam siguran da ima neki problem

Bas cu testirati i vidjeti ima li ovaj problem kad spojim preko 3,5mm bez usb zvucne, a probat cu i sa USB zvucnom na PS4.
They have finally fixed it. I wrote to them through technical support about the popping/crackling in my headset like the others in this thread have done and they have finally fixed it with a firmware update, the update was provided to me through a link to their website that they sent me through email.
To check the popping problem I used audiocheck's Sine Sweep - Full Spectrum sound files which very easily reveal the popping problem.
The new firmware updates from version 0003 to version 0005 and it finally solves the issues that persisted in previous versions, to get the update, just ask them through the technical support. I could also post the link they provided if anyone asks for it, but I don't know if I'm supposed to share it.

obrati se tehničkoj podršci, objasni problem i neka ti pošalju update firmware-a, na način kako je opisano u postu iznad.
Ako ti ne riješe problem na taj način, vrati slušalice na reklamaciju.
