Bosnia Plans Privatization Of 17 Companies In 2009

The B-H Federation Government refuses to forgo the privatization of attractive companies that are either majority or minority owned by the state despite constant political obstacle from the highest party echelons of the ruling coalition. B-H Federation Government Prime Minister Nedzad Brankovic have drawn up a list of prospective companies whose privatization, despite global recession, will surely attract great interest from foreign and local investors. Prime Minister Brankovic plans to place a non-binding public invitation for potential investors to submit expressions of interest. Results of this non-binding public invitation that are supposed to be announced in late March should definitively solve the dilemma of whether it makes any sense to think about privatizing public companies in the midst of widespread global recession and poor bank liquidity. At the very top of the list of companies that the Federation Government plans to offer on the capital market soon are Aluminij d.d. Mostar, Hidrogradnja d.d.Sarajevo, Energoinvest d.d.-Sarajevo, BH Telecom Joint Stock Company, Hrvatske Telekomunikacije d.d., Sipad Export Import, Unis- udruzena metalna industrija d.d., Hotel Zenit Neum d.o.o., Tvornica kartona I ambalaze d.o.o. Cazin, Sarajevo –osiguranje d.d., Energopetrol d.d., Bosnalijek d.d., Fabrika duhana Sarajevo d.d. Sarajevo, KTK d. d., Zeljezara Zenica d.o.o. Zenica, Agrokomerc d.d., Remontni zavod d.d.

Gledajući SASE posljednih dana moglo bi se zaključiti da se nešto čudno događa.

Neko ipak sa malim brojem dionica skine cijenu 30ili 45 i sl.
