Ima jos jedan pravi Hercegovacki i on je za 10, a nazvase ga sir iz mjeha.

jeste, debela, no iz neznanih razloga nije bio prijavljen 60-tih godina proslog vijeka (moguc razlog je da su Francuzi prije prijavili svoj Port du Salut i onda se naravno borili da pokazu kako je ovo kod nas tek kopija) , tek poslije je to uradjeno, tako da se danas vodi kao jedan od tri originalna sira iz BiH, dok su do rata bila dva. Cudno, zar ne?

Uostalom, evo i originalnog teksta:

Trappist cheese was first made in 1885 in a monastery near Banja Luka
in Bosnia. It is made also in monasteries in Hungary,
southern Germany, and other parts of Europe. It is much the
same as the Port du Salut cheese made in France and the Oka cheese made
in Canada, but there are variations in the manufacturing process.
The cheese is pale yellow and has a mild flavor. Although it is a semisoft
cheese, it is cured more like the hard cheeses. It is washed frequently
during the curing period, which largely prevents the growth of mold on the
surface, and it ripens throughout rather than only from the surface.

kako se zove onaj slovenački dimljeni sir, "danfa" na suho meso...
Edamec..ili tako nešto...

Sir, masline, krekeri i casa dobrog vina, a u CD player-u Gladys Knight i jos Petak popodne 8). Sir rules :D

Kruh/hljeb ne jedem skoro nikako, a ako nekada pojedem, onda iskljucivo za dorucak i iskljucivo bagel ili English muffin.

Joj da vidis kako spanjolski seljaci prave sir. Sto imaju dobre sireve...al'samo za lokalnu potrosnju!!! :(

EH...sad Harrys misli da samo Svica ima sir i cokoladu! Daj bolan nesto originalnije...vec smo se najili ementalera i racletta! Jel'ima nesto sto joste nismo okusili?

Harrys ne misli da samo Svica ima sira,a posto zivim u Svici dajem Svicarski sir.Kud ces originalnije.Zar nije najbolje da svak da sir iz zemlje u kojoj zivi.
Mogao sam da zalijepim odmah cijelu listu sireva,mislim da je interesantnije za citanje,jedan po jedan.
