Evo recept kat ti neces.Uzmes kilu fasiranog izmeljas da lici na cevap i przis.Dodatak moze luk a i nemora.

do mene je, nisam se fino izjasnila, temperatura me puca :-)

a zacini?

Razumjeli smo se da je to za kucnu upotrebu, znaci nista rostilj i to :sad:

e moj santos, vidi se da nikad nisi pravio cevape :D probaj jednom tako napravit pa okusi malo, da vidis na sta lici :-)

Ustvari, sve je u tim zacinima, za luk i meso ok, al mi trebaju zacini!!!

Nemam ideje stvarno, cevape ne pravim nikad kuci, tako da ako neko ima recept nek mi barem predlozi koje zacine staviti :)

ovako
kupiš mljevenog mesa ..
nasjeskaš luka ..
staviš vegete ..
posoliš..
i dobor do izgaziš i staviš u neku zdjelu i staviš jedno 2 dana da stoji u frižideru ..

nakon dva dana uzmeš i praviš loptice ... kuglice ..šta hoš :D ... i pržiš ...

ok, to vec lici na nesto!! i biber bi dobro dosao, tj bio bi pod moranje!

tu cu vegetu morati izbaciti jer recept ide u Italiju za kucnu upotrebu kod ljudi koji su probali cevape samo na moru u Hrvatskoj.

Tako da se nastojim da napravim neki fini miks da to sve lici na nesto :)

Kakvi su se njima cevapi svidjeli !! :lol:
