This is to inform you that for the second time the "Sarajevo Bikers Club"
MC (Sarajevo, Bosnia) will organize a completely non-profit and
non-political fundraiser - "Run for Srebrenica: Help for Special Needs
Children". The Run will take place on the 4th and 5th of June 2005 and
will be organized in cooperation with the Municipality of Srebrenica and
the Mayor of the city of Srebrenica, Mr. Malkic.

The idea is for motorcycle clubs or individuals who are interested in
supporting this Run and the children of Srebenica to make material or
financial contributions that will be distributed by the "Sarajevo Bikers
Club" MC. Donations can be made as goods (new or slightly used clothing,
shoes, school supplies, toys), as well as financial contrubtions made
directly to the "Sarajevo Bikers Club" MC.

Participating motorcycle clubs and individual motorcyclists will meet on
June 4, 2005 in Sarajevo at the parking lot in front of the «Kosevo»
football stadium at 9:00 AM. For those who will be coming from other
locations, the "meeting point" will be in Kladanj at twelve noon (12:00
PM).

Saturday night: rock music (several bands), camping, food........

To remind you briefly, Srebrenica is a small city in eastern Bosnia where 8.000 civilians (eight thousand!!) were killed within just two days in July 1995 during the aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina. The situation for children with special needs is exceptionally difficult as most families in Srebrenica struggle to cover even their basic necessities.
