Imam problem sa HTC Desire smartphone-om. Naime, kupio sam ga u Francuskoj i bio je kodiran na Orange. Dao sam ga dekodirati (u Francuskoj) i sve je radilo kako treba. Medjutim, tokom rada na internetu (WiFi) pojavila mi se opcija za update operativnog sistema na Andorid 2.1-update 1. To sam uradio i nakon update-a telefon je radio ali nisam vise mogao aktivirati WiFi konekciju. Javljalo je "Unable to start WiFi". Sve ostale funkcije su radile normalno. Nedugo poslije, tokom konekcije na internet preko 3G mobilne mreze pojavila se mogucnost update-a na Android 2.2 za Desire. U nadi da ce mi to eventualno rijesiti problem sa Wifi konekcijom izvrsio sam update. Ishod je bio katastrofalan s obzirom da mi je taj update bukvalno unistio sve funkcije telefona. Ne prepoznaje SIM karticu, memory card, ne radi ni jedna od mreznih opcija (WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS). Iako udje u sistem restartuje se svake dvije do tri minute sam. Citajuci po internetu sam saznao da je to nerijetka pojava pogotovo kod dekodiranih telefona nakon ovog update-a. Navodno je problem u razlicitim verzijama ROM-a i neophodno je reinstalirati sistem sa pravom verzijom.
S obzirom na to, zamolio bih ako neko zna da me uputi na neki servis za HTC ili nekog ko bi mogao rijesti ili je vec rjesavao slican problem. Hvala svima unaprijed.

Obrati se clanu foruma EUROBIH. Aktivan je na temi "Mobilni all about".On bi trebao da zna. A ja ti predlazem xda developers stranicu gdje mozes sigurno dobiti pomoc.

nisam se susretao sa tim problemima sa htc,ali sam se raspitao kod kolega u zagrebu,jer je njihovo tržište daleko odmaklo od naših,pa evo prenosim

The HTC Desire is highly customizable and you have been hard at work tweaking it to your liking, but now the fun is over and you want to return it to its factory settings again. Here, we show you how to hard reset the HTC Desire with step by step instructions.
Please note that all data will be deleted from the HTC Desire as a result of this procedure. This process does NOT delete data stored on the microSD card. We recommend backing up all of your personal data before proceeding.
Turn the power off. If your HTC Desire is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
Hold the Volume Down button
Press and release the Power button
You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
Press and release the Power button
Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO
If you selected YES, all data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC Desire. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state

kao sto je rekao strong69 otidi na xda developers (naravno ako razumijes engleski) tu bi trebala biti svaka potrebna informacija o tvom telefonu

Naime, imam sličan problem kao i SAAdnan, telefon se stalno restarta, ili čak zablokira na prvom bijelom ekranu sa HTC logom, stim da sam ga ja kupio otključanog preko clove.co.uk u maju prošle godine (još je u garanciji), radio je besprijekorno do prije neki dan.
Kontaktirao sam HTC support, odgovor je stigao prije pola sata, objasnili su reset na fabričke postavke, koji sam ja već prije isprobao, i koji nije pomogao, i uputili su me na ovlašteni servis u Mostaru. E-mail adresa koju sam dobio od njih ([email protected]) je neispravna (odmah sam dobio failure notice), dobio sam i broj telefona pa ću ih sutra zvati, ali me zanima, kao što sam napisao na početku, da li neko ima kakva iskustva sa njima. Hvala unaprijed.

Imam i ja pitanje, uzeo sam prije pola godine telefon polovan, HTC One Sv..prije par dana iz cista mira se ugasi, kazu maticna ploca..niko ne moze popraviti u blizini mene( gradacac, brcko..) EH jel ima neko neki prijedlog gdje i kako da to popravim, dal se moze uopste popravit..momak mi jedan kaze da je neko slao u mostar u neki servis HTC, da su mu sredili telefon i nista naplatili nisu..jel moguce to da ima nesto dzaba i kod nas 
ako moze neko da odgovori da pomogne bio bih jako zahvlan

Ja imam problem sa kamerom na HTC One M7.
Naime, kamera radi, ali u zatvorenom prostoru prilikom fotografisanja fotka ispadne ljubicasta. Nekakva nijansa boje je preko cijele fotografije. Jedan momak mi je govorio da je do update-a, pa ne znam da li je jos neko imao slican problem i kako ga rijesiti? Ili vratiti covjeku mobitel i uzeti pare nazad, na vrijeme?
Naime, kamera radi, ali u zatvorenom prostoru prilikom fotografisanja fotka ispadne ljubicasta. Nekakva nijansa boje je preko cijele fotografije. Jedan momak mi je govorio da je do update-a, pa ne znam da li je jos neko imao slican problem i kako ga rijesiti? Ili vratiti covjeku mobitel i uzeti pare nazad, na vrijeme?
