Sto bi se reklo "kolateralna steta". Naime, nekoliko klijenata koji se bave poslovima vezanim za organsku poljoprivredu su dio neformalne poslovne grupe (nesto kao asocijacija zasnovana na zajednickom interesu) koja se zalaze za rigorozne standarde definiranja organske hrane.
Jedan od ciljeva je da se za svaku etapu proizvodnje hrane moze dokazati da je uradjena po principima i metodama organske poljoprivrede te u skaladu sa odgovarajucim standardima i zakonskim odredbama. Kad je u pitanju proizvodnja hrane zivotinjskog porijekla (meso, mlijeko i jaja), cilj je da se u preharni koristi organski proizvedena stocna hrana koja istovremeno mora biti i priordna za odredjenu zivotinjsku vrstu. Na primjer, organski kukuruz se nebi mogao koristiti za ishranu goveda, itd.
Ovde moram napomenuti da gore navedeni klijenti ne ukljucuju firme i organizacije iz BiH.

sto se tice organske proizvodnje u BiH... imamo OK kontrolu za org.proizvodnju...a sve je obicno u skladu sa KRAV standadrima...

ima jos jedna certifikacijska kuca, inostrana, ali nije poznata kao KRAV a nas narod navikao, makar preko KLASa na KRAV...

@Eshek, u pravu si. Jeste izvadjeno iz konteksta. Samo ne znam koliko bi ti pomogli ovi isjecci na kojima ja radim jer su i oni izvadjeni iz konteksta. Ali postiracu i njih, dok se ja malo snadjem

sreca nisam bila online proslu sedmicu, nisam na vrijeme vidjela ovu temu inace bih se roknula ko siroce jer sam bila na rubu sloma...radi poljoprivrede....i organske proizvodnje... i uzgajanja malina...

of non-agricultural origin;
(d) the products or its ingredients of agricultural origin, referred to in subparagraph
(a), have not been subjected to treatments involving the use of substances not
listed in Annex VI, Section B;
(e) the product or its ingredients have not been subjected to treatments involving the
use of ionizing radiation;
(f) the product has been prepared or imported by an operator who is subject to the

name and/or the code number of the inspection authority or body to which the
operator who has carried out the most recent preparation operation is subject.
Member States shall decide whether to require a reference to the name and/or to

relate to a method of agricultural production and must be accompanied by a reference
to the ingredients of agricultural origin concerned, unless such reference is clearly
given in the list of ingredients;

3a. By way of derogation from paragraphs 1 to 3, trade marks which bear an
indication referred to in Article 2, may continue to be used until 1 July 2006 in the

provided that:
— registration of the trade mark was applied for before 22 July 1991 —
unless the second subparagraph below applies — and is in conformity
with the First Council Directive 89/104/EEC of 21 December 1988 to
approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trade marks (1),
and— the trade mark is already reproduced with a clear, prominent, and easily
readable indication that the products are not produced according to the
organic production method as prescribed in this Regulation.
The date of application referred to in the first indent of the first subparagraph is, for Finland,
Austria, and Sweden, 1 January 1995 and, for the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia,
Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, 1 May 2004.

znas sta, bez ikakve uvrede, mislim da ni ti, a ni prijateljica ocito niste dorasle zadatku kojeg ste se prihvatile. to nije sramota jer u pitanju je zakon, kako si navela, znaci strogo strucni tekst. mislim da je postenije platiti profesionalnog prevodioca nego nekome uciniti medvjedju uslugu jer od tvog prevoda zavisi kako ce neko protumaciti zakon i djelovati dalje. a posljedice mogu biti lose.

Pa slazem se i ja... To da mi nismo kompetentne uopste nije sporno
Radi se o tome da je njoj to uzasna hica na poslu i da me je zamolila da joj prevedem tih par strana. A ja ne mogu a da se ne konsultujem sa ljudima koji o tome nesto vise znaju.

Fish death ili death of fish. S obzirom da se pod pomorom ribe najcesce misli na veliku kolicinu ribe moze se koristiti i massive death of fish ili massive fish death u kontekstu gdje je pomor izazvan indirektno kao sto je, na primjer, izljevanje otpadnih voda ili otrovnih tvari u rijeku/jezero/more (cilj nije pomor ribe nego "odlaganje" otpada, nus proizvoda, itd).
Ukoliko se radi o pomoru izazvanim direktno s ciljem ulova ribe (na primjer, kad ekipa ide u ribolov s dinamitom), moze se jos i koristiti massive fish kill.
Massive u gore pomenutim terminima se moze zamjeniti i sa mass scale odnosno mass-scale. Sve u svemu, ovisi o kontekstu.

Izivni za nejavljanje, ali sam malo zauzet. Nastojat cu postaviti neke linkove i dokumente (ukoliko dobijem dozvolu za "distribuciju") u narednih nekoliko dana.
