Dear BH citizen,
Due to a nature of my job and position, I would like to stay anonymous. However, myself and my co-workers, representatives of the International Community, are aware that our mission here is to help your country - Bosnia & Herzegovina.
I strongly believe that I address persons who think alike and are committed to a wellbeing of one's country - BiH.
Therefore, I would like to kindly ask you to consider below information delivered by one of yours country fellows, who addressed my superior official :

I feel that as per my BH Citizen duty I should inform (if not alert) you on following :
Last night, nothing but while having a drink with one friend, I've been told that the SDA partisans (in my vocabulary - "hooligans") went to the below medical institution and distributed some aid packages (that is bribe) to its protégés/patients with a mental disability and other who are in the edge of existence. The following day they brought inn ballots with specified "selectioned" candidates and took personal data from CIPS ID (and signatures of "their" voters, unless I misunderstood) from previously favoured protégés.
Of course, this information, provided by the cousin of my friend, who (cousin) is also a patient of this institution, would be insufficient even as such - information.
