Uh, ovo cu probat napravit. LUHV slatki krompir. Samo, morat cu bez marshmallow -- tj. ako ne nadjem kosher/halal verziju.

@Aorta: kosher marshmallows mozes nabaviti u malo bolje snabdjevenijim samoposlugama (pogledaj u Whole Foods i sl.)....kosher verzija koristi riblji zelatin za razliku od (najcesce) svinjskog u regularnim.

mamice ja sam pravila nekoliko puta i ispala je dobro (samo sto ja pravim da bude pozitka) :D ....inace ide 1L vode na 1 kg secera + 1 limun (dobro opran i isjecen na kolutove)....stavi neka sve prokljuca i pusti da kljuca (na laganijoj temperaturi) 7-8 minuta....valjda ce uspjeti :D (ostavi parce cega god pravis) :D

Lucynda, mogul ja kod tebe na rucak? :D :D :D nisi daleko :D :kiss:

ps. jel' kod vas prave i fried pickles?...mi svaki put kad idemo u TN coEk to kupuje u nekakvoj birtiji u nekoj totalnoj zabiti....i odusevljava se tim :shock: :-) :-) :-)

ne volim ni ja te przene, fritirane, kaplje ulje s njih "specijalitete" :-) :-) :-)

imas li dobar recept za "cornbread" (to bih mogla vala svakodnevno zderati)? :-)

ovu cu supicu od bundeve praviti danas za iftar:

1,5 kg bundeve
2 dva crna luka
2 supene kasike maslinovog ulja ili ghee (indijsko "ulje od istopljenog putera, googlajte za tacnu definiciju)
1 bijeli luk
1 mala kasika soli
1 bijeli biber
1 kasicica karija
1 kasicica garama masala (indijski zacin)
5 dl voda
1 gusti jogurt ili pavlaka

bundevu isjeci na komade i odstraniti koru i sjemenke. lok i bijeli luk isjeci i lagano preprziti, na to dodati ostale sastojke i to lagano peci. poslije nasuti vodu i kuhati 40 min ili dok bundeva ne omeksa. sve to lagano izmiksati u blenderu i dodati pavlaku ili gusti jogurt. :D

ja bi recept za hurmasice sa sto manje secera u agdi. Nekakvu light Hurmasicu ako je to ikako moguce :)

mamice samo napravi malo rijedju agdu :D

ja u cetvrtak pravim baklavu :shock: (prvi put, za Dadin prvi Bajram)......vidjecemo hoce l' valjati icemu :-) :-) :-)

Znam da se to prodaje i u konzervama, pa ako neko zna, unaprijed hvala!

Lucy,

obih internet trazeci a ne mogu nista konkretno da nadjem, daj mi kakav dobar recept za buffalo hot sauce, znaci treba mi sos a ne kako napraviti wingse, to znam. Svaki recept koji sam pogledao podrazumjeva da imam spreman sos.

pomjesaj tabasco sos sa puterom (mozes dodati i kasicicu ljutog senfa) i sve nek se fino "prokrcka" u serpici......super jednostavno :D

Uh, Garam Masala je boli glava. Ovo moram probati. Hvala za recept! Super marinada za piletinu -- trunka G/M, maslinovo ulje, sirup od nara, malo bijelog luka, morska so, biber. : )
